الخطوط الجوية السعودية تعلن عن وظيفة مساعد ترفيه (Recreation Assistant) في الرياض، السعودية، للعمل في مرافق Misk Sports Wadi ومواقع أخرى، وذلك للسعوديين فقط.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- المساعدة في العمليات اليومية للمرافق والأنشطة الرياضية، وتولي مهام مشرف الترفيه عند الحاجة لتغطية الإجازات والغيابات.
- يتبع الهيكل الإداري لمشرف الترفيه.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الامتثال لسياسات Misk City وKeyFM والأوامر الدائمة ومدونة قواعد السلوك الوظيفي في جميع الأوقات.
- أداء جميع المهام بأمان وفقًا لأنظمة إدارة الصحة والسلامة في Misk City وتقييم المخاطر وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية للمرافق.
- التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء وضمان الالتزام بمعايير خدمة العملاء.
- مراقبة النظافة والسلامة والرفاهية العامة للمستخدمين والمرافق، وضمان اتباع القواعد.
- الإشراف على الأنشطة الرياضية وتقديم التدريب والتعليمات حسب الحاجة.
- تجهيز واسترجاع وضمان سلامة المعدات للأنشطة الرياضية وغير الرياضية.

- القيام بالتدريب والحفاظ على الشهادات والتأهيلات الحديثة مع ضمان الكفاءة الشخصية.
- تغطية العمل في مرافق أخرى بما في ذلك المساء وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية عند الحاجة.

- تحديد المشكلات المتعلقة بالمعدات أو حالة المباني ورفعها.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- سنتان من الخبرة في العمل في مركز رياضي أو صالة ألعاب رياضية.
- معرفة جيدة وفهم لصناعة الترفيه.
- مؤهلات في مجال الترفيه أو الرياضة أو الصالات الرياضية مع دليل على التطوير المهني المستمر.
- مؤهل تدريب رياضي في رياضتين على الأقل.
- شهادة إسعافات أولية.
- تعليم ثانوي.
- القدرة على التواصل الفعال باللغة الإنجليزية.
- القدرة على العمل بمبادرة فردية وكجزء من فريق لضمان تشغيل المرافق والأنشطة.
- القدرة على الحفاظ على مستويات التركيز أثناء العمل.
- القدرة على التعامل مع المواقف التي قد تكون خطيرة.
- فهم معايير الصحة والسلامة.
- القدرة على الالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة عند تجهيز المعدات وترتيبها.

المهارات المطلوبة

To assist with the daily operations of the facilities and sporting activities and to act up as Recreation Supervisor to cover vacations and absences, as and when required.
Key Tasks
- Comply with Misk City & KeyFM policies, standing orders, employee code of conduct, and procedures at all times.
- Perform all duties safely, adhering to Misk City Health and Safety Management Systems, risk assessments, and facility SOP’s.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure adherence to customer care standards.
- Monitor cleaning, safety, and the general safety and wellbeing of users and facilities, ensuring rules are followed.
- Supervise sporting activities and provide coaching/instruction as required.
- Prepare, recover, and ensure the safety of equipment for both sporting and non-sporting activities.
- Assist the Recreation Team in preparing and delivering events on schedule.
- Undertake and maintain up-to-date training and qualifications while ensuring personal competency.
- Provide cover at other facilities, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- Maintain personal fitness and qualifications in line with the post’s requirements.
- Support the safe operation of sports facilities, buildings, and storage areas.
- Assist with opening and closing site facilities.
- Monitor activities and enforce facility usage terms during pitch hires.
- Perform front-of-house/reception duties when needed.

- Complete administrative tasks such as reporting, document updates, and compliance check sheets.
- Assist the Recreation Operations Manager in planning and delivering events.
- Oversee the setup, dismantling, and safe storage of equipment for activities.
- Report any faults, damage, or potential service disruptions.
- Identify and escalate issues with equipment or building conditions.

- Collaborate with the Sports Coordinator to organize leagues, tournaments, community days, and multi-sport events, fostering Misk community engagement.
- Actively assists with customer service, taking a lead in day-to-day operations to ensure that high standards of customer service are delivered to customers, users and colleagues.

Experience/ Knowledge/ Skills
- The ability to communicate effectively in English and the ability to deal with both difficult and sensitive situations from time to time.
- The ability to work on own initiative as well as being part of a team ensuring the operations of the facilities and activities
- Ability to maintain levels of concentration whilst on duty.
- The ability to react to potentially serious situations
- An understanding of health and safety standards
- The ability to meet tight timescales when setting equipment up and down.
- Two years’ experience of working in a sports centre or gym environment.
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of the leisure industry.
- Leisure, sports or gym industry qualifications and evidence of continued personal/professional development (CPD)
- Coaching qualification in at least two sports
- First Aid Certificate.
- Secondary school education
