About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at Invygo. In this role, you will be the frontline representative of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our users have a smooth and satisfying experience with our platform. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or a related role, preferably within the tech or mobility sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist users with platform navigation, booking processes, billing issues, and technical troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions accurately and update support tickets in the CRM system.
- Identify common customer issues and escalate complex problems to the technical or management teams.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights to improve platform features and usability.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Invygo’s services, policies, and procedures to effectively assist customers.
- Contribute to the development of support materials, FAQs, and training resources for both customers and new team members.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product enhancements and industry best practices.
