Job Overview

• Provide food and beverage services to guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner within airport lounges in Saudi Arabia.

• Ensure high quality, presentation, and safety of food and beverage items at all times.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-prepared working environment to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver courteous and professional customer service to all guests.

• Serve food and beverage items according to service standards and procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food and beverage service areas.

• Refill hot and cold food items on buffet counters as required.

• Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation at all times.

• Ensure hot and cold food lines are clean and properly stocked with appropriate serving utensils.

• Comply with hygiene, food safety, and health regulations applicable in Saudi Arabia.

• Support the service team during peak operational periods as required.

Job Requirements

• High school certificate or equivalent is preferred.

• Previous experience in hotel, catering, or food & beverage service is an advantage.

• Presentable, outgoing, and customer-focused with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Good command of spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

• Willingness to work shift duties as required.

• Work location: Airport - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
