At Doctori, we're building more than a clinic-we're building the next generation of smart healthcare.

Our clinics combine high-quality in-person care with Doctori's digital platform, including our EMR, patient app, and telemedicine services, creating a connected healthcare experience for patients and providers.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building from the ground up. If you've launched clinics, love solving operational challenges, understand Saudi healthcare regulations, and are excited by healthcare technology, we'd love to meet you.

You'll lead the setup and launch of Doctori's first clinic in Al-Qassim and help create the operational blueprint for future Doctori clinics across Saudi Arabia.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the end-to-end setup and launch of the clinic.
• Hiring, onboarding, and managing both clinical and administrative teams.
• Ensuring the clinic meets all MOH, CBAHI, SCFHS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Establishing operational processes, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Coordinating the procurement, installation, and readiness of medical equipment and operational supplies.
• Working closely with our technology team to implement Doctori's EMR, digital workflows, patient app, and telemedicine platform.
• Driving the successful launch and adoption of Doctori's digital health services alongside the physical clinic.
• Managing vendors, operational budgets, and day-to-day clinic performance.
• Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, patient experience, and scalability as we grow.
  

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience launching or managing outpatient clinics or medical centers in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of MOH, CBAHI, SCFHS, and healthcare licensing requirements.
• Experience implementing healthcare technology such as EMRs, HIS, digital patient platforms, or telemedicine solutions.
• The ability to work across operations, clinical teams, and technology to ensure a smooth launch.
• A hands-on approach and the ability to make decisions in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
  

This isn't a role where you'll simply manage an existing clinic.

You'll help build the foundation of a growing healthcare network and shape how technology and clinical care come together. You'll work alongside a team that's passionate about transforming healthcare in Saudi Arabia and have the opportunity to make a lasting impact as we expand across the Kingdom.
