تسعى شركة NewBridge Pharmaceuticals لبناء منظمة طبية قوية قائمة على العلم في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، وتعلن عن وظيفة Medical Science Liaison (MSL) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. هذا الدور ميداني وغير ترويجي يركز على التبادل العلمي بين الأقران، والتواصل مع أصحاب المصلحة، وتوليد رؤى طبية قابلة للتنفيذ تدعم الاستراتيجية وتحسن نتائج المرضى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع الخبراء الطبيين الرئيسيين (KMEs) وأصحاب المصلحة المعنيين
- قيادة مناقشات علمية عالية الجودة حول حالة المرض والبيانات السريرية وبروتوكولات العلاج
- تقديم عروض تعليمية ودعم منصات التبادل العلمي (المجالس الاستشارية والندوات والمؤتمرات)
- تقديم معلومات طبية متوازنة ودقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب لمقدمي الرعاية الصحية وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين
- التقاط الرؤى الميدانية والتواصل بها لدعم استراتيجيات الشؤون الطبية والوظائف متعددة التخصصات
- العمل كخبير في المجال العلاجي داخل المؤسسة
- دعم أنشطة توليد الأدلة (الدراسات المستقلة، المنشورات، التعاون البحثي)
- المساهمة في تنفيذ الاستراتيجية الطبية والمبادرات متعددة التخصصات
- دعم تطوير ومراجعة المواد العلمية
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة بما يتوافق مع اللوائح المحلية وسياسات الشركة والمعايير الأخلاقية
- الحفاظ على أعلى معايير النزاهة العلمية والتركيز على المريض
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الطب أو الصيدلة أو علوم الحياة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 1-3 سنوات في الشؤون الطبية (MSL/مستشار طبي)، ويفضل في شركة متعددة الجنسيات
- خبرة في مجال علاجي تخصصي أمر ضروري
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض
- قدرة قوية على إشراك والتأثير على أصحاب المصلحة العلميين
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية

Purpose of the Role
At NewBridge, we are building a high-impact, science-driven Medical Affairs organization across MENA. As part of this journey, we are looking for a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to lead scientific engagement across our portfolio in Saudi Arabia
This is a field-based, non-promotional role focused on peer-to-peer scientific exchange, stakeholder engagement, and generating actionable medical insights that shape strategy and improve patient outcomes.
Required Competencies, Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Life Sciences
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in Medical Affairs (MSL/Medical advisor), preferably within an MNC
- Experience in specialty therapeutic area is essential
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to engage and influence scientific stakeholders
- Fluent in English and Arabic
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1) External Scientific Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Medical Experts (KMEs) and relevant stakeholders
- Lead high-quality scientific discussions on disease state, clinical data, and treatment paradigms
- Deliver educational presentations and support scientific exchange platforms (advisory boards, symposia, congresses)
- Provide balanced, accurate, and timely medical information to HCPs and internal stakeholders
- Capture and communicate field insights to inform medical and cross-functional strategies
2) Medical & Strategic Contribution
- Act as a therapeutic area expert within the organization
- Support evidence generation activities (IIS, publications, research collaborations)
- Contribute to medical strategy execution and cross-functional initiatives
- Support development and review of scientific materials
3) Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all activities are conducted in full compliance with local regulations, company policies, and ethical standards
- Maintain the highest standards of scientific integrity and patient-centricity
