تسعى شركة Adree إلى توظيف مهندس DevOps أول (Senior DevOps Engineer) في الرياض، السعودية، لدعم تطوير المنتجات وأتمتة المنصات من خلال تصميم وتنفيذ وصيانة حلول بنية تحتية آمنة وقابلة للتوسع وموثوقة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التواصل مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة لجمع متطلبات المنصة وفهم أهداف التحول الرقمي والأتمتة.
  • تقديم عروض توضيحية ووثائق تظهر قدرات CI/CD بما في ذلك: إدارة مجمع العوامل (Agent Pool Management)، توفير البيئات، وتصميم خطوط أنابيب المؤسسات.
  • دعم فرق المنتج والهندسة من خلال إنشاء قوالب خطوط أنابيب قابلة لإعادة الاستخدام ومكتبات مشتركة آمنة في Azure DevOps Server.
  • تقديم خبرات DevOps عبر دورة حياة المنتج لفرض استراتيجيات التفرع المعقدة، تحسين أداء أدوات البناء، وصيانة أنظمة التشغيل Linux.
  • التعاون مع فرق الأمن وضمان الجودة لإدارة المكتبات الطرفية، دمج أدوات الأمان من OpenText (Fortify SCA)، ودمج أطر اختبار الأتمتة.
  • مواكبة أحدث الاتجاهات في الحاويات وسير عمل الأتمتة وآليات تسليم البنية التحتية.
  • إجراء ورش عمل داخلية ومع العملاء لتمكين GitOps وترقية أعباء العمل باستخدام Argo CD على منصات OpenShift/Kubernetes.
  • المشاركة في عمليات التطوير والإصدار Agile من خلال دمج خطافات المراقبة ودفع أنماط النشر الإنتاجي، بما في ذلك AppDynamics / BMC / Azure Monitoring.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات، تقنية المعلومات، أو مجال تقني ذي صلة.
  • خبرة مهنية تتراوح بين 6 إلى 10+ سنوات في DevOps، هندسة موثوقية المواقع (SRE)، أو أتمتة البناء والإصدار في بيئات المؤسسات.
  • خبرة عملية مثبتة في تسليم الإنتاج (مثل توسيع نطاق البيئات الحية وليس فقط بيئات الاختبار/التجربة).
  • يفضل خبرة سابقة في القطاع الحكومي أو البيئات شديدة التنظيم أو المؤسسات المعقدة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة عميقة في هندسة خطوط أنابيب CI/CD وأنماط خطوط الأنابيب الآمنة، وتكوين مجمع العوامل، واستراتيجيات التفرع المتقدمة.
  • خبرة عملية قوية في الحاويات والتنسيق: Docker، Kubernetes، Red Hat OpenShift.
  • مهارات أتمتة البنية التحتية: البنية التحتية كرمز (Terraform)، إدارة التكوين (Ansible)، إدارة Linux، وكتابة السكريبتات.
  • الإلمام بإدارة القطع الأثرية والتبعيات في المؤسسات: JFrog Artifactory، التعامل مع القطع الأثرية الثنائية والمكتبات الطرفية.
  • القدرة التحليلية على تنفيذ خطوط أنابيب تطبيق آمنة تشمل: Fortify SCA، HashiCorp Vault، إعدادات التحقق من Sigstore / SecurEnvoy MFA.
  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة، عقلية تدريبية، تعاون عبر الفرق (المطورون، الأمن، ضمان الجودة)، ومسؤولية عالية.
  • خبرة في تصميم قوالب CI/CD على مستوى المؤسسات وإدارة مجمعات العوامل المتعددة.

Adree is seeking a Devops Engineer, Senior to support product development and platform automation initiatives by leveraging technical and analytical expertise to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure solutions that enable efficient and automated software delivery. The role focuses on bridging development and operations through CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automation practices to ensure seamless deployment, system reliability, and standardized delivery processes with full visibility and auditability.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather platform requirements and understand digital transformation and automation goals
  • Deliver presentations and documentation that demonstrate CI/CD capabilities, including:
    • Agent pool management
    • Environment provisioning
    • Enterprise pipeline design
  • Support product and engineering teams by creating reusable pipeline templates and secure shared libraries in Azure DevOps Server
  • Provide DevOps expertise across the product lifecycle to:
    • Enforce complex branching strategies
    • Optimize build runner performance
    • Maintain Linux-based runner systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security and QA) to:
    • Manage 3rd-party libraries
    • Integrate OpenText security tooling (Fortify SCA)
    • Embed automated testing automation frameworks
  • Stay current with industry trends in containerization, automation workflows, and infrastructure delivery mechanisms to position solutions effectively
  • Conduct internal and client workshops to enable GitOps delivery and workload promotion using Argo CD to OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms
  • Participate in Agile development and release processes by integrating monitoring hooks and driving production deployment patterns, including:
    • AppDynamics / BMC / Azure Monitoring

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field

Experience

  • 6-10+ years of professional experience in:
    • DevOps
    • Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
    • Build & Release automation in enterprise environments
  • Proven, hands-on production delivery exposure (e.g., scaling live environments, not only sandbox/testing environments)
  • Experience in government, heavily regulated, or complex enterprise sectors is highly preferred

Skills & Competencies (Technical & Analytical + Soft)

  • Deep expertise in:
    • CI/CD pipeline engineering and secure pipeline patterns
    • Agent pool configuration
    • Advanced branching strategies
  • Strong hands-on containerization and orchestration experience:
