🎯 Job Overview

Clean Life is seeking a Operations Supervisor to join the Operations team. The role is responsible for monitoring daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow execution, overseeing task implementation by team supervisors, and ensuring full compliance with the company’s approved policies and procedures.

🧭 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operational activities on-site and ensure execution according to approved plans and schedules.
• Follow up with team supervisors to ensure proper task allocation and accurate, efficient execution.
• Record and track operational issues or observations and coordinate with management and relevant departments to resolve them.
• Prepare periodic reports on operational progress, performance, and challenges faced by teams.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments (Quality, Customer Service, Sales) to ensure operational integration.
• Monitor operational KPIs and provide observations and improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures during operational execution.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in supply chain, Distribtion, operational follow-up or field operations.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage and follow up on work teams.
• Proficiency in computer applications and operations management systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
