Mannai Corporation is looking for a qualified and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our ICT team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will support the sales team by coordinating sales activities, preparing quotations and proposals, following up on customer requirements, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, proposals, sales orders, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, the sales team, finance, logistics, and other internal departments.
- Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and sales reports.
- Support tender submissions and ensure all required documents are completed on time.
- Provide timely updates on customer requirements and sales activities.
- Assist the sales team in achieving business targets and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator or Sales Support role.
- Previous experience in the IT, ICT, technology, or system integration industry is preferred.
- Good knowledge of quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, tenders, and sales documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems will be an advantage.
- Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia will be preferred
