نبذة عن الوظيفة
المسؤول عن صيانة الأنظمة والمعدات الحيوية للمنشأة، بالإضافة إلى معدات المباني والمرافق.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- مراقبة وتشغيل جميع آلات المرافق (الغلايات، التناضح العكسي، المقطرات، المبردات، أبراج التبريد، وضواغط الهواء).
- تقديم مستوى معتدل من استكشاف الأعطال وتشخيص وإصلاح الأنظمة الميكانيكية ومعدات المنشأة ضمن نطاق التدريب والإجراءات ذات الصلة.
- تحديد حالة مشاكل الآلات أثناء التشغيل وإعداد خطة الصيانة الوقائية لحماية الآلات من الأعطال.
- الحفاظ على النظافة العامة لآلات المرافق وفقاً للإجراءات لضمان نظافتها وتشغيلها في ظروف طبيعية.
- إجراء الصيانة الوقائية لجميع معدات المنشأة بما في ذلك آلات المرافق بشكل دوري وفقاً لخطط الصيانة الوقائية المجدولة.
- توجيه الفريق لإصلاح مكونات المباني وجميع معدات الشركة غير الإنتاجية.
- مراقبة جميع مهام ورشة العمل الضرورية التي تدعم خطط الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للمعدات.
- تحديث الفريق بالإجراءات التشغيلية القياسية للمنشأة والمواصفات المؤسسية الحاكمة لتشغيل آلات المرافق.
- تحديث الفريق بتحليل المياه الروتيني اليومي، وتشغيل جميع الأنظمة الحرجة، وممارسات التصنيع الجيد المحلية.
- أداء الصيانة الميكانيكية الروتينية اليومية على آلات المرافق، والتسجيل المألوف للبيانات وفقاً لمتطلبات التصنيع الجيد/ممارسات التوثيق الجيدة من خلال تعبئة سجلات اليومية، ومراجعة هذه السجلات بالتزامن مع المهام المدرب عليها لضمان اكتمالها ودقتها وامتثالها لمتطلبات التصنيع الجيد.
- المشاركة الكلية للموظفين مع المسؤولية عن الصحة والسلامة والبيئة وفقاً لأفضل ممارسات السلامة في المنشأة فيما يتعلق بمساءلة الموظفين، وتشغيل معدات ورشة العمل وصيانة معدات المنشأة بطريقة آمنة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- خبرة عمل من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال مماثل (صناعة الأدوية، الأغذية، أو الألبان).

3-5 years working experience in similar field (Pharmaceutical, Food or Dairy) is required.

- Monitoring and operate all utility machines (Boiler, RO, Distiller, Chillers, Cooling Towers and Air compressors).
- Able to provide a moderate level of troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair of Mechanical systems and plant equipment’s within scope of training and related procedures.
- Identify the status of machines issue during operation and prepare preventive maintenance plan to protect the machines breakdown.
- Maintain general cleanliness of Utility machines as per the procedures, to ensure all are clean and operate under normal conditions.
- Performs preventive maintenance of all plant equipment’s including utility machines on a regular basis as per the preventive maintenance scheduled plans.
- Responsible to guide the team for repairing building components and all company non-productive equipment’s.
- Monitor all necessary workshop tasks which support the equipment’s Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Plans.
- Refresh team to be familiar with plant SOPs and Corporate specifications governing the operation of utility machines.
- Refresh the team about daily water routine analysis, all critical systems operation and local GMP practices.
- Able to perform the daily routine Mechanical maintenance on utility machines, and familiar in recording data as per GMP/GDP requirements by filling the daily log sheets, also able to review these records in association with tasks trained and assigned to ensure they are complete, accurate and compliant with GMP requirements.
- Total Employee Involvement with responsibility for EHS per Facility Best Safety Practices (BSPs) in Employee Accountability and operate workshop equipment’s and maintain the plant equipment’s in a safe way.
