فودكس، الشركة الرائدة في مجال إدارة المطاعم وتقنيات الدفع، تبحث عن مسؤول مخاطر أول للعمل في مكتبها الرئيسي بالرياض. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن تطوير وصيانة إطار عمل إدارة المخاطر للشركة، وضمان إدارة التعرض للمخاطر ضمن الحدود المقبولة وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات بما يتوافق مع اللوائح.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- يقود مسؤول المخاطر تطوير إطار عمل إدارة المخاطر للشركة ويضمن إدارة التعرض للمخاطر ضمن الحدود المقبولة مع المراقبة المستمرة.
- يطبق أفضل الممارسات في إدارة المخاطر ويستخدم القياسات المناسبة التي تلبي اللوائح الصادرة ومصالح مساهمي الشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير استراتيجية إدارة المخاطر للشركة بالتنسيق مع الوظائف الأخرى.
- إنشاء وتطوير إطار عمل إدارة المخاطر، السياسات، الرغبة في المخاطرة، وحدود المخاطر المرتبطة بها.
- تطوير إجراءات إدارة المخاطر لتحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية والمالية.
- تصميم وتنفيذ منهجيات وأدوات وتقنيات وبرامج إدارة المخاطر المناسبة عبر الشركة وأنشطتها، بما في ذلك المخاطر التشغيلية والائتمانية والمالية والسمعة والأمن السيبراني.
- إجراء تقييم المخاطر وتحليلها عبر الوظائف والمنتجات الجديدة.
- إجراء تقييم المخاطر للمشاريع الاستراتيجية للشركة ووثائقها بما في ذلك السياسات والإجراءات والاتفاقيات ومبادرات تنفيذ الأنظمة.
- إنشاء دور المراقبة المستمرة للمخاطر، بما في ذلك تطوير مؤشرات الإنذار المبكر ومؤشرات المخاطر الرئيسية.
- إنشاء سجل شامل للمخاطر يغطي جميع المخاطر الداخلية والخارجية.
- وضع آلية مناسبة للإبلاغ عن حوادث المخاطر التشغيلية وتحليل الخسائر المرتبطة بها ومعالجتها.

- ضمان تنفيذ تقنيات نقل المخاطر المطلوبة بما في ذلك التأمين الإلزامي أو الاختياري بما يتوافق مع استراتيجية إدارة المخاطر.
- التنسيق مع رؤساء الوظائف لإنشاء وصيانة وتحسين قدرات إدارة المخاطر باستمرار.
- تنفيذ تقارير المخاطر المناسبة بما يتوافق مع المتطلبات التنظيمية المحلية والدولية وإشراف مجلس الإدارة والإدارة العليا.
- تعزيز وتنفيذ خطة استمرارية الأعمال في خطوط الأعمال والوظائف الحيوية، ودعم الفهم لتأثير المخاطر على العمليات اليومية، بالتنسيق مع وظائف التقنية والأمن السيبراني.
- مواكبة التطورات في تقنيات ومنهجيات وأدوات إدارة المخاطر.
- إدارة المهام المخصصة للجهات التنظيمية واللجان والإدارة العليا.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة المخاطر، ويفضل في القطاع المالي.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة المخاطر، المالية، العلوم الاكتوارية، أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- معرفة بتقييم المخاطر والرقابة والتحليل.
- الإلمام بمعايير ولوائح الامتثال الخاصة بمؤسسة النقد العربي السعودي (ساما).
- مهارات قوية ومثبتة في إدارة المشاريع.
- إتقان استخدام تطبيقات مايكروسوفت (Excel، PowerPoint، Word) وG-Suite.

What Will You Do❓
- Developing in coordination with other functions the company's risk management strategy.
- Establishing and developing Risk Management framework, policies, risk appetite and associated applicable risk limits.
- Developing risk management related procedures to manage and maintain operational and financial objectives.
- Designing and implementing the appropriate Risk Management methodologies, tools, techniques, and programs across the company and its activities covering all risks including but not limited to operational, credit, financial, reputational, and cyber security risks
- Implement conducting risk assessment and analysis across functions and new products.
- Performing risk assessment for overall company's strategic projects and documentations including policies, procedures, agreements, and system implementation initiatives
- Establishing the continuous risk management monitoring role which include the development of the early warning indicators and key risk indicators.
- Establishing comprehensive risk register covering all internal and external risks
- Setting up appropriate mechanism of reporting and analyzing operational risk incidents and associated losses remedial.
- Developing periodic risk management awareness and building a strong risk management culture across the company
- Ensure the required risk transfer techniques including mandatory or optional insurance are implemented and aligned with the company's Risk Management strategy
- Liaise with all functional heads to establish, maintain, and continuously improve risk management capabilities
- implements appropriate risk reporting aligned with local and international regulatory requirements and board of directors and senior management oversight
- Enhance and implement a business continuity plan into the business lines and critical functions, supporting the functions in understanding the risk impacts to their daily operations, to manage risks effectively in coordination with technology and cyber security functions
- Keep abreast of the development in risk management techniques, methodologies, and tools
- Manage assigned ad hoc assignments for regulatory, committees and senior management
- At least 3 years of experience in Risk Management is preferred in the financial industry
- Bachler's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Actuarial, or any relevant major.
- Knowledge of risk assessment, control, and analysis
- Familiarity with SAMA compliance standards and regulations
- Solid and demonstrated project management skills
- You have a firm grasp of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) and G-Suite
