We are establishing our Saudi Branch to meet the increasing demand for advanced IT solutions in the Kingdom. To facilitate smooth compliance with local regulations, we are seeking a Saudi citizen to join our leadership team as a Director for our Saudi Branch, who will also bring investment to support the branch’s operations.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Saudi citizen to serve as a Director for Huntech Solutions’ Saudi Branch. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and facilitating company registration. The Director will also act as an investor, contributing capital to the Saudi Branch in exchange for a share of the profits and of the company's shares in Saudi Arabia. This is an opportunity to join a growing global IT firm and participate in its success in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the official Director for Huntech Solutions’ Saudi Branch for governmental and regulatory purposes.
• Serve as a point of contact for government agencies, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Contribute investment capital to support the establishment and operations of the Saudi Branch (investment amount to be mutually agreed upon, but a minimum of 400,000SAR).
• Collaborate with the global Huntech Solutions leadership team to align the Saudi Branch’s operations with the company’s vision and goals.
• Represent Huntech Solutions in local business networks and industry events (as needed).
• Provide insights into the Saudi market to support business development and client acquisition.

Investment and Profit-Sharing Structure

• Investment: The Director is expected to provide financial investment to support the setup and operations of the Saudi Branch. The specific investment amount will be negotiated based on the branch’s business plan and operational needs.
• Profit Sharing: In return for the investment and role as Director, the candidate will receive a 15% share of the net profits generated by the Saudi Branch, subject to annual financial audits and mutual agreement on profit distribution terms. This percentage is proposed to balance the investment contribution with the strategic importance of the role.

Requirements

• Saudi Citizenship: Must be a Saudi National (mandatory for regulatory compliance).
• Ability to provide investment capital to support the Saudi Branch’s operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia’s business and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to represent the company in official capacities.
• Prior experience in a leadership, managerial, or director-level role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with an international team.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred).
