Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions at the factory, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia involves developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance with local labor laws, and supporting workforce planning to meet production needs. The HR Manager will manage payroll and benefits coordination in collaboration with finance, monitor attendance and employee records, and address workplace issues in a fair and timely manner. The role also includes organizing training and development initiatives, promoting health and safety awareness, and supporting a positive, inclusive work environment aligned with company values.
