Role Description The Storekeeper role at Reforma Clinics is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The Storekeeper is responsible for receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming materials, ensuring items are correctly labeled, recorded, and stored. Day-to-day tasks include managing inventory levels, organizing stock rooms, tracking expiry dates where applicable, and preparing items for internal distribution through accurate packing and documentation. The role also involves maintaining orderly and safe storage areas, adhering to clinic policies and health and safety standards, and coordinating with procurement and clinical teams to support uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong inventory control and inventory management skills, including stock tracking, documentation, and reconciliation.
• Candidates should possess practical skills in unloading and packing, ensuring materials are handled safely and prepared for efficient internal distribution.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in forklift operation or similar material-handling equipment, with attention to safety procedures and equipment care.
• Previous experience as a storekeeper or in a similar warehousing or logistics role, preferably in healthcare or clinical settings.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, use inventory software, and follow standardized processes with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical, procurement, and administration teams.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills; vocational training or certification in logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field is an advantage.
