نحن في سيمنز إنرجي (Siemens Energy) نبحث عن محترف مشتريات مشاريع (Project Procurement Professional) للعمل في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة لأنشطة المشتريات من البداية إلى النهاية عبر مشاريع صيانة معقدة في قطاع خدمات الغاز (Gas Services).
- تطوير استراتيجيات مشتريات تتماشى مع أهداف المشروع، مع ضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد، كفاءة التكلفة، والامتثال للجودة.
- إدارة طلبات عروض الأسعار المعقدة (RFQs)، وإجراء تقييمات متقدمة للعروض، وقيادة مفاوضات تجارية عالية القيمة.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات الموردين، بما في ذلك التأهيل، التطوير، وإدارة العلاقات طويلة الأمد.
- قيادة مبادرات خفض التكاليف، هندسة القيمة، وتحسين التكلفة الإجمالية للملكية (Total Cost of Ownership).
- قيادة إدارة أداء الموردين وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية عند الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة، سلسلة التوريد، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضّل الماجستير).
- خبرة واسعة في مشتريات المشاريع، ويفضّل أن تكون في قطاع الطاقة، توليد الطاقة، أو الخدمات الصناعية.
- خبرة قوية في مشتريات خدمات صيانة توربينات الغاز / توربينات البخار (Gas Turbine / Steam Turbine) مرغوبة جداً.
- سجل مثبت في قيادة مشاريع شراء معقدة ومفاوضات عالية القيمة.
- فطنة تجارية عميقة مع فهم قوي للعقود، إدارة المخاطر، وأسواق الموردين.
- القدرة على التأثير على أصحاب المصلحة رفيعي المستوى والعمل في بيئة متعددة الوظائف وعالمية.
- إتقان أنظمة ERP (مثل SAP) وأدوات المشتريات الرقمية.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead and take full ownership of end-to-end procurement activities across complex Gas Services maintenance projects
- Drive procurement strategies aligned with project objectives, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality compliance
- Manage complex RFQs, perform advanced bid evaluations, and lead high-value commercial negotiations
- Develop and execute supplier strategies, including qualification, development, and long-term relationship management
- Drive cost reduction initiatives, value engineering, and total cost of ownership improvements
- Lead supplier performance management and implement corrective actions where required
- Negotiate and finalize complex contracts, framework agreements, and service terms & conditions
- Proactively identify supply chain risks and implement robust mitigation plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Legal, and global procurement teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Extensive experience in project procurement, preferably within energy, power generation, or industrial services
- Strong expertise in Gas Turbine / Steam Turbine maintenance services procurement is highly desirable
- Proven track record in leading complex sourcing projects and high-value negotiations
- Deep commercial acumen with strong understanding of contracts, risk management, and supplier markets
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in a cross-functional, global environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and digital procurement tools
