We’re looking for a skilled and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, analyze, and improve mechanical systems, equipment, and components that support operational efficiency, product development, and engineering excellence. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, manufacturing teams, quality specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, efficient, and cost-effective mechanical solutions. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems, components, equipment, and engineering solutions.
• Prepare technical drawings, 3D models, engineering specifications, calculations, and design documentation.
• Perform mechanical analysis, simulations, testing, validation, and performance evaluations.
• Support product development, prototyping, manufacturing processes, installation, and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, software teams, manufacturing specialists, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Evaluate materials, manufacturing methods, and mechanical designs to improve reliability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure engineering designs comply with industry standards, safety requirements, and quality guidelines.
• Monitor project timelines, technical requirements, risks, and engineering deliverables.
• Maintain accurate engineering records, technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
• Research new technologies, automation solutions, sustainable engineering practices, and advanced manufacturing techniques.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, operational efficiency, and engineering performance.

✅ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, mechanics, thermodynamics, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with CAD software, 3D modelling tools, simulation software, and engineering design applications.
• Familiarity with mechanical systems, machinery, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, HVAC, or industrial equipment is an advantage.
• Understanding of engineering standards, safety regulations, quality management systems, and design best practices.
• Experience with product development, testing, prototyping, and technical problem-solving.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
