Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CNC Maintenance Technician role based in Jubail. The CNC Maintenance Technician will perform routine and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and control system issues, executing repairs, and performing scheduled preventive maintenance activities. The role involves inspecting equipment, updating maintenance records, coordinating with production teams to plan maintenance windows, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine reliability. The technician will also adhere to safety standards, follow company maintenance procedures, and collaborate with engineering and operations staff to resolve complex equipment problems.
Qualifications

• Strong Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance skills relevant to CNC machinery.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Experience performing Preventive Maintenance on CNC machines and associated industrial equipment.
• Knowledge of CNC systems, machine tools, and basic PLC or control interfaces.
• Ability to read technical manuals, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Understanding of industrial safety standards and safe work practices in a plant environment.
• Vocational diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field; equivalent industrial experience may be considered.
• Previous experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, or oil and gas facilities is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work shifts or overtime as required to support production
