يعمل الفني المساعد ضمن الفرق الفنية لدعم تقديم خدمات الربط الصناعي ذات الصلة في المواقع الصناعية. تشمل المهام المساعدة في تحضير المعدات، الإعداد، والتشغيل الأساسي للعزم الهيدروليكي والشد، وإدارة الشفاه، والتصنيع في الموقع، وأنشطة الاختبار. قد يتطلب الدور العمل بنظام الورديات والإضافي لتلبية جداول المشاريع واحتياجات العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم الفرق الفنية في تقديم خدمات الربط الصناعي في المواقع الصناعية.
- المساعدة في تحضير المعدات، الإعداد، والتشغيل الأساسي للعزم الهيدروليكي والشد، وإدارة الشفاه، والتصنيع في الموقع، والاختبار.
- التعامل مع الأدوات والمواد، وتنظيف وصيانة مناطق العمل والمعدات.
- اتباع تعليمات الفنيين الأكبر لضمان سير العمل الآمن والفعال.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ التدريب المهني أو الفني في المجالات الميكانيكية أو الصناعية أو الصيانة يعتبر ميزة.
- الرغبة في العمل بنظام الورديات المتناوبة وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والاستجابة للاحتياجات العاجلة للمشاريع.
- الخبرة السابقة في الخدمات الصناعية أو النفط والغاز أو البناء أو المجالات ذات الصلة مفضلة ولكنها غير إلزامية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- قدرة ميكانيكية أساسية والعمل بالأدوات اليدوية والكهربائية والمعدات الصناعية تحت الإشراف.
- فهم ممارسات السلامة في مكان العمل، بما في ذلك استخدام معدات الوقاية الشخصية والالتزام بقواعد السلامة في الموقع.
- القدرة على اتباع التعليمات الفنية والعمل ضمن فريق والتواصل بوضوح مع المشرفين والزملاء.

Day-to-day tasks include handling tools and materials, cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment, and following instructions from senior technicians to ensure safe and efficient workflows. Helper Technicians are expected to comply with all safety procedures, help with loading and unloading equipment, and support documentation and basic reporting as directed. The role may involve shift work and overtime to meet project schedules and client needs.

Qualifications

- Ability to follow technical instructions, work as part of a team, and communicate clearly with supervisors and colleagues.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in industrial environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in mechanical, industrial, or maintenance fields is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and respond to urgent project needs as required.
- Prior experience in industrial services, oil and gas, construction, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic English communication skills; familiarity with local language and regional work practices is beneficial.
