3t / GTSC is seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead our Saudi Arabia business, taking full ownership of the KSA P&L and driving sustained, profitable growth across the region.

Based in Dammam, this is a high-profile leadership opportunity for a proven business leader with strong commercial, operational and strategic capability. You will lead a multi-functional team, develop key client and government relationships, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future growth of one of the region's leading training and workforce development businesses.

What you will do

• Lead and grow the KSA business, owning full P&L responsibility and delivering profitable growth.
• Develop and execute business strategy aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, partners and regulatory authorities.
• Drive operational excellence, service delivery performance and continuous improvement across training centre operations.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing team while supporting localisation and Saudization objectives.
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities to strengthen market leadership and expand into new industrial sectors.

What we are looking for

• A senior business leader with experience within the training, learning, workforce development or related sectors.
• A proven track record of delivering commercial growth and managing business performance through P&L ownership.
• Strong financial, operational and strategic leadership capability.
• Deep knowledge of the KSA market, including regulatory, accreditation and commercial environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic language skills strongly preferred.
