Content Creator & On-Camera Presenter

Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator & On-Camera Presenter to bring our brand story to life across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will help strengthen the brand's identity through engaging content and a confident on-camera presence, while also highlighting employees, events, opportunities, products, and key brand activities.

This role is responsible for creating compelling content across multiple platforms, growing and engaging the digital community, and supporting both marketing and recruitment campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content ideas for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others, in alignment with the brand's identity and business objectives.
• Create, shoot, edit, and publish engaging content, including short-form videos, Reels, Stories, posts, and carousels tailored to each platform and its audience.
• Appear on camera and present brand content in a natural, professional, and engaging manner.
• Plan and manage the content calendar in collaboration with marketing, operations, and other relevant teams to highlight products, offers, campaigns, events, employees, and opportunities.
• Build and grow the digital community by engaging with comments and messages and developing interactive content that strengthens audience connection with the brand.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform developments, and creative formats, and translate them into relevant and innovative content ideas.
• Contribute to paid media campaigns by developing creative concepts, marketing copy, hooks, and engaging content elements.
• Monitor and analyze content performance and provide recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and overall effectiveness.
• Maintain consistency with the brand's visual identity, tone of voice, and communication guidelines across all published materials.
• Cover brand events and activities and produce real-time content, including behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, and key highlights.
• Support marketing and recruitment campaigns through creative and engaging digital content.

Requirements

• Strong experience and demonstrated skills in content creation, video production, filming, and editing short-form content for social media platforms.
• Confidence and a natural, professional presence in front of the camera.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is preferred.
• Good knowledge of content management, scheduling, and performance analytics tools.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for increasing reach and engagement.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to work during occasional events, campaigns, or special occasions when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, video production, presenting, or a related field.
• A portfolio or examples of previous social media or on-camera content are highly preferred.
• Familiarity with current content creation and video editing tools.
