المهام والمسؤوليات
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش الدورية والتشخيص والإصلاح للمعدات الصناعية والتجارية لضمان الأداء الأمثل وتقليل وقت التوقف.
- تنفيذ جداول الصيانة الوقائية المقررة والاستجابة لأعطال المعدات وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية وتطبيق الإجراءات التصحيحية الفعالة.
- توثيق أنشطة الصيانة واتباع إجراءات السلامة والتنسيق مع فرق العمليات.
- دعم التحسين المستمر لعمليات الصيانة والعمل مع الفريق الفني لتحديد أولويات المهام والحفاظ على بيئة عمل آمنة ومنظمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو درجة فنية في تكنولوجيا الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الصناعية أو مجال مشابه.
- القدرة على قراءة وتفسير الأدلة الفنية والمخططات ومواصفات المعدات.
- فهم قوي لمعايير السلامة وممارسات العمل الآمنة في البيئات الصناعية.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة والقدرة على التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في صيانة المرافق الصناعية أو التجارية في السعودية أو المنطقة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في صيانة المعدات والصيانة الصناعية (Industrial Maintenance).
- مهارات في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها (Troubleshooting) والصيانة والإصلاح للأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية.

- Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering technology, or a similar field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and equipment specifications.
- Solid understanding of safety standards and safe work practices in industrial environments.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in industrial or commercial facility maintenance in Saudi Arabia or the region is an advantage.
