We are looking for a recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration to join our finance team through a paid training program.

The trainee will receive practical training in accounting operations using the Odoo ERP system, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position based on performance, commitment, and successful completion of the training period.

Success in this role means developing a good understanding of daily accounting processes, accurately recording transactions, using Odoo efficiently, and supporting the finance team in maintaining reliable financial records.

• Receive practical training on Odoo Accounting and related ERP modules.
• Record customer invoices, supplier bills, receipts, and payments.
• Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
• Support bank, cash, and payment reconciliation processes.
• Enter and review inventory-related accounting transactions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents.
• Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks.
• Follow internal financial procedures and accounting controls.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, inventory, and finance teams.
• Prepare basic reports and account reconciliations under supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or candidate with limited professional experience.
• knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong interest in accounting systems and ERP software.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.
• Previous knowledge of Odoo is an advantage but is not required.
