تعلن شركة Morson Edge عبر وكالة Aviation JobSearch Europa عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي NDI (Non-Destructive Inspection) للعمل في الطائف، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية، براتب يتراوح بين 80,000 و 90,000 جنيه إسترليني سنوياً.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • القيام بجميع أنشطة الفحص غير الاتلافي ضمن نطاق نظام الاختبار المعتمد.
  • ضمان تنفيذ جميع المهام وفقاً لإجراءات وعمليات الشركة / القوات الجوية الملكية السعودية.
  • التأكد من استخدام أنظمة البيانات الإلكترونية بشكل صحيح وفقاً للإجراءات التشغيلية.
  • ضمان التزام جميع العاملين في المناطق الخاضعة لإشرافه بالممارسات الهندسية الصحيحة ومراعاة احتياطات السلامة، وعدم تعريض أي شخص لمخاطر غير ضرورية أو غير خاضعة للسيطرة.
  • في حالة غياب مشرف مركز العمل، إدارة القوى العاملة المتاحة بالتنسيق مع المشرفين المتخصصين لضمان استمرارية إنتاج الطائرات.
  • توفير معلومات عامة عن العمق وإدارة العملاء عند الطلب.
  • ضمان الامتثال لجميع جوانب الجودة في المهام والالتزام بأعلى المعايير.
  • إجراء تسليم المناوبات دون أي غموض والحفاظ على السجلات اليومية.
  • إنجاز جميع المهام ضمن الأطر الزمنية المحددة لدعم جدول توليد الطائرات.
  • التحقيق الفوري في جميع المكونات التي يتم إرجاعها كمعيبة، خاصة تلك الخاضعة لتقرير حادث.
  • ضمان الامتثال الكامل لجميع جوانب الصحة والسلامة في المهام، وتوفر جميع معدات الحماية اللازمة وصيانتها واستخدامها في كل مهمة ذات صلة.
  • ضمان استخدام الأدوات الصحيحة في جميع المهام والالتزام بإجراءات مراقبة الأدوات.
  • الامتثال لخطة السلامة والبيئة المحلية، وجمع معلومات الحوادث والإبلاغ عنها، وحضور اجتماعات السلامة والبيئة المحلية.
  • الامتثال لجميع تدريبات السلامة الإلزامية بما في ذلك التعريف بالسلامة، ودورة Be Safe للموظفين المحترفين، والتوعية بمخاطر الحرائق لجميع الموظفين.
  • الامتثال لخطة إدارة السلامة والبيئة الخاصة بمشروع Salam، وإبلاغ المشرفين المباشرين بأي مخاوف تتعلق بالسلامة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • مؤهل معترف به بمستوى NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC في تخصص تقني ذي صلة، أو إكمال تدريب مهني تقني، أو مؤهل تقني معادل مقبول من M&CA.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الصيانة بعد الحصول على المؤهل، مدعومة بتدريب تطبيقي مسجل في مكان العمل.
  • الحصول على مؤهل NDI تخصصي من المستوى 2 (مثل EN4179, ASNT, PCN) في 4 طرق على الأقل (PT, MT, ET و UT).
  • مهارات قيادية وقدرة مثبتة على الإشراف على جميع مستويات العاملين الهندسيين.
  • فهم شامل لإجراءات وعمليات الشركة.
  • معرفة واسعة بصناعة الطيران والدفاع.
  • خبرة إشرافية في مجال الاختصاص.
  • فهم إجراءات التشغيل الهندسية للقوات الجوية الملكية السعودية أو سلاح الجو الملكي.
  • سجل حافل بالالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية الصارمة دون المساس بالمعايير والجودة.
  • خبرة سابقة في تقديم التدريب في مكان العمل.
  • فهم نظام ESS أو نظام إبلاغ إلكتروني مماثل.
  • حيازة توقيع ثانٍ (2nd signature).
  • إكمال تدريب مهني معترف به في صناعة الطيران أو المجال العسكري أو مؤهل مماثل في أنظمة الطائرات.
  • خبرة على الطائرات النفاثة السريعة (fast-jets).
  • خبرة عملية ومعرفة بلوائح EASA Part 145.
  • مستوى عالٍ من المهارات الشخصية لتنسيق الأنشطة المتعددة والقدرة على التواصل والتأثير وتوجيه عملية اتخاذ القرارات.

Morson Edge are currently looking for an NDI Specialist to join our prestigious client in Taif, Saudi Arabia.

Role Objective & Outline Responsibility

To undertake scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities of Non-Destructive Inspection in support of Typhoon operations and in accordance with the RSAF Typhoon maintenance policy, ensuring that all Continuing Airworthiness and Maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with Saudi Arabia SALAM Maintenance Organisation Exposition and associated Quality Management System.

Main Responsibilities

  • Undertaking all NDI activities within the scope of the NDI test regime.
  • Ensuring all tasks are undertaken in accordance with company/RSAF procedures and processes.
  • Ensure that all electronic data systems are utilized correctly within process and adhere to operating procedures.
  • Ensuring that all personnel engaged in activities in areas under his control follow the correct engineering practices, observe safety precautions and that as far as is reasonably practicable no one is exposed to any unnecessary or uncontrolled risk.
  • In the absence of the work centre supervisor, he is to manage the available manpower by coordinating with his Specialist Supervisors to ensure aircraft generation.
  • Depth Management and Customer general information is readily available either upon request.
  • Ensure all quality aspects of the tasks are complied with, and to the highest standards.
  • Ensure shift handovers are carried out without ambiguity and that daily diaries are maintained.
  • Ensure all tasks are undertaken in the specified timescales to support the AGF.
  • The prompt investigation of all components returned as defective, especially when subject to an incident report.
  • Ensure that all health and safety aspects of the task are fully complied with and that all necessary protective equipment is available and serviceable and is used on each relevant task.
  • Ensure all tasks are undertaken using the correct tooling and adherence to tool control procedures are maintained.

Essential

RECRUITMENT QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • A recognised qualification to NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC level in a relevant technical discipline, or a technical apprenticeship, or suitable equivalent technical qualification acceptable to M&CA.
  • Have at least 5 years post qualification practical maintenance experience supported by formal recorded workplace applied related training.
  • Have attained Specialist Level 2 NDI qualification (e.g. EN4179, ASNT, PCN) in at least 4 methods (PT, MT, ET and UT)
  • Leadership skills and proven ability to supervise all levels of engineering personnel.

Desirable

  • Thorough understanding of company processes and procedures.
  • Broad aerospace and defence company / industry knowledge.
  • Supervisory experience within the area of definition.
  • An understanding of RAF and /or RSAF engineering operating procedures.
  • A track record of meeting strict deadlines without compromising standards and quality.
  • Previous experience of delivering work place training.
  • An understanding of ESS or similar electronic based reporting system.
  • Holds 2nd signature.

Core (q3) Functional Competencies

The post holder will have the following background:

  • Demonstrate knowledge / understanding of aircraft maintenance and engineering.
  • Must have completed a recognised aircraft engineering apprenticeship in industry/military or similar qualification in aircraft systems.

Must have experience on fast-jets

  • Must Have Specialist Level 2 NDI qualification (e.g. EN4179, ASNT, PCN) in at least 4 methods (PT, MT, ET and UT)
  • Must have experience working knowledge of EASA Part 145
  • High level of interpersonal skill to co-ordinate a number of activities and the ability to communicate, influence and direct decision-making

Product Safety & She Responsibilities

Safety Culture is defined as an organisation’s values and behaviors - modelled by its leaders and internalised by its team members.

SHE Responsibilities

  • Compliance with local SHE Plan.
  • Accident/Incident information collation and reporting.
  • Attendance at local SHE meetings and reviews

The incumbent and the NDI Specialist are to comply with all mandated

  • Completion of SHE Induction
  • Be Safe course for Professional Staff
  • Fire Awareness - all employees

The Job Holder Is To

  • Comply with the Salam Enterprise Safety and Environmental Management Plan and where appropriate, any associated sub-project safety management plans.
  • Highlight any safety concerns to line managers to inform the Salam Safety Case.
