White Spaces is hiring a Maintenance & Operations Engineer to oversee maintenance and operations across all branches (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), manage contractors, conduct inspections, and ensure health & safety compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across branches
• Monitor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring quality work
• Conduct site inspections and prepare technical reports
• Handle and resolve maintenance requests
• Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance & operations
• Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to manage contractors and prepare technical reports
• Experience in commercial buildings or co-working spaces is a plu
