About the Role

Jamjoom Medical Industries is looking for a motivated Product Specialist to join our Diabetes Care team and support our insulin pump product line. The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting the product, educating healthcare professionals and patients on insulin pump use, building strong customer relationships, and contributing to sales growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote insulin pump products and provide professional demonstrations to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Educate and train users on insulin pump therapy, features, safety, and basic troubleshooting.
• Support patients during pump initiation and provide ongoing follow-up when required.
• Build strong relationships with diabetes clinics, endocrinologists, and diabetes educators.
• Manage assigned accounts, identify business opportunities, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Follow up on customer requirements, orders, collections, and product inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and gather market and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Clinical Nutrition, Health Education, or a related healthcare field.
• Experience as a Diabetes Educator is required.
• Good knowledge of diabetes management and insulin pump therapy.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and patient education skills.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Valid Saudi driving license and own car.
• Willingness to travel as required.
