We are looking for an experienced Accounting to lead and oversee the company's accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the company's financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and supervise the accounting team.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
• Manage budgets, cash flow, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax, VAT, ZATCA, and financial regulations.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Improve accounting procedures and internal financial controls.
• Manage and optimize accounting processes using the Odoo ERP system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Saudi financial, tax, and ZATCA regulations.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
