تعلن شركة Gathern.co عن توفر وظيفة Systems Accountant في الرياض، السعودية، حيث سيكون المسؤول عن طبقة البيانات والأنظمة المالية، وضبط سلامة التدفقات الآلية بين المنصة والتطبيقات المختلفة مع Microsoft Dynamics.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • رصد ومراقبة وصيانة خطوط البيانات المالية الآلية عبر المنصة الأساسية و Metabase و Microsoft Dynamics وتطبيقات SaaS الداعمة (المشتريات، كشوف الرواتب، أدوات إدارة المصروفات).
  • العمل كقائد مشروع مالي للبرامج الجديدة والوحدات وترقيات الأنظمة - تحديد متطلبات الأعمال، رسم خرائط العمليات المستقبلية، وقيادة عمليات التطبيق عبر الأقسام.
  • تصميم وتنفيذ نصوص اختبار قبول المستخدم (UAT) وبروتوكولات ترحيل البيانات بدقة - بدون فقدان بيانات أو اختلال أثناء النشر أو تغييرات المخطط.
  • العمل كمستخدم خبير/مسؤول عن Microsoft Dynamics والتطبيقات المالية الطرفية؛ تصميم وفرض ضوابط النظام، وتعيين صلاحيات المستخدمين، وفصل صارم للصلاحيات (Segregation of Duties).
  • التحقيق في حالات فشل مزامنة البيانات وأخطاء معالجة المعاملات وعدم تطابق الدفاتر - واتخاذ إجراء تصحيحي خلال 48 ساعة؛ وأتمتة الحلول البديلة اليدوية بشكل استباقي.
  • التعاون مع فريق ذكاء الأعمال (BI) لضمان أن تعكس هياكل بيانات Metabase المنطق المحاسبي وشجرة الحسابات؛ والحفاظ على سلامة بنسبة 99.5% عبر جميع مصادر البيانات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، نظم المعلومات، المالية، علوم الحاسب، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في الأنظمة المالية، تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP)، أو إدارة البيانات المالية.
  • خبرة في دعم تكامل الأنظمة المالية والتحقق من صحة البيانات.
  • خبرة مع Microsoft Dynamics 365 أو نظام تخطيط موارد مؤسسات مماثل.
  • خبرة في تطوير التقارير المالية ولوحات البيانات وضوابط جودة البيانات.
  • خبرة في دعم الأتمتة المالية ومبادرات التحول الرقمي.

JOB PURPOSE:

Owner of the finance data and systems layer: maps and controls every automated pipeline from the platform,

Metabase and SaaS applications into Microsoft Dynamics, leads finance system implementations end to end, and

enforces system controls and segregation of duties - with 48-hour corrective action and 99.5% integrity across all

data sources.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Map, monitor and maintain automated financial data pipelines across the core platform, Metabase, Microsoft Dynamics and supporting SaaS applications (procurement, payroll, expense-management tools)
  • Act as the Finance Project Lead for new software, modules and system upgrades - define business requirements, build future-state process maps, and lead cross-departmental rollouts
  • Design and execute rigorous UAT scripts and data-migration protocols - zero data loss or misalignment during deployments and schema changes
  • Serve as super-user / administrator of Microsoft Dynamics and peripheral finance apps; design and enforce system controls, user-access mapping and strict Segregation of Duties (SoD)
  • Investigate and resolve data-sync failures, transaction-processing errors and ledger mismatches -corrective action within 48 hours; proactively automate manual workarounds
  • Collaborate with the BI team so Metabase data structures reflect accounting logic and the Chart of Accounts; maintain 99.5% integrity across all data sources

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in finance systems, enterprise resource planning, or financial data management
  • Experience supporting finance system integrations and data validation
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or a comparable enterprise resource planning system
  • Experience developing financial reports, dashboards, and data quality controls
  • Experience supporting finance automation and digital transformation initiatives
