Role Description The Plastic Injection Technician is a full-time, on-site role located in Al Kharj Industrial City. The technician is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring plastic injection molding machines used in the production of beverage packaging components. Daily tasks include preparing molds, adjusting machine parameters, performing routine inspections, and ensuring that products meet established quality and safety standards. The role involves identifying and troubleshooting equipment and process issues, performing basic preventive maintenance, and working closely with production and quality control teams to maintain efficient, continuous operations. The technician also supports adherence to hygiene, clean room, and workplace safety procedures, and accurately records production and maintenance activities.
Qualifications

• Experience working in clean rooms or controlled production environments, with strong adherence to hygiene, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Knowledge of quality control practices, including visual inspection, measurement checks, and documentation to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to troubleshoot plastic injection machines and related equipment, diagnose process or mechanical issues, and support corrective actions.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in plastic injection molding or packaging for food and beverage industries.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams and to report issues clearly and promptly.
• Previous experience as a plastic injection technician or machine operator in an industrial setting is strongly preferred.
• Basic technical or vocational qualification in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing technology is beneficial.
• Ability to work shifts, stand for extended periods, and handle manual tasks safely.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and the use of personal protective equipment in industrial environments.
