Role Description

The Information Technology Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia, supporting the company’s technical infrastructure and users. The specialist will manage and maintain network systems, hardware, and software to ensure reliable and secure operations. Daily responsibilities include monitoring network performance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and implementing updates and security measures. The role involves providing timely technical support to internal teams, documenting solutions, and recommending improvements to IT processes. The specialist will collaborate with other departments to understand technology needs and support business continuity.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Information Technology skills, including familiarity with operating systems, hardware, software, and enterprise applications.
• Candidates should possess Network Administration and Network Security skills to configure, manage, and protect network infrastructure.
• Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, analyze, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support internal users with clear communication and professional assistance.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field are preferred.
• Certifications in networking or security (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent) are beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia, manage multiple tasks, and follow established IT policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
