تعلن شركة Lucid Motors Middle East عن توفر وظيفة فني صيانة أتمتة (Automation Maintenance Technician) في قسم الدهان، بمدينة الملك عبد الله الاقتصادية (مكة المكرمة).

نبذة عن الوظيفة

فني صيانة أتمتة قسم الدهان مسؤول عن صيانة الأنظمة الآلية في قسم الدهان واستكشاف أخطائها وتحسينها لضمان أقصى وقت تشغيل للمعدات، وجودة طلاء ثابتة، وعمليات آمنة. يشمل الدور دعم الأتمتة عبر مراحل المعالجة المسبقة، الطلاء الكهربائي، البرايمر، الطبقة الأساسية، الطبقة الشفافة، الأفران، مناطق الفحص، أنظمة مناولة المواد، ونظام التخزين والاسترجاع الآلي (ASRS).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • صيانة الأنظمة التي تعمل بـ PLC والروبوتات الصناعية ومعدات الأتمتة في قسم الدهان واستكشاف أعطالها.
  • تشخيص الأعطال الكهربائية وأعطال التحكم والحساسات والاتصالات لاستعادة المعدات بسرعة وأمان.
  • إجراء تحليل منظم للأعطال وتحليل السبب الجذري (RCA) للأعطال المتكررة.
  • دعم التعديلات الطفيفة واستكشاف أخطاء منطق PLC وبرامج الروبوت وشاشات HMI/SCADA وفق إجراءات التغيير المعتمدة.
  • الحفاظ على النسخ الاحتياطية للأنظمة وإصدارات البرامج ووثائق الأتمتة.
  • تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الوقائية للأنظمة الآلية بما في ذلك الناقلات والروبوتات والأفران والمصاعد والأقراص الدوارة ونظام ASRS.
  • مراقبة الإنذارات والاتجاهات وسلوك المعدات لدعم الصيانة التنبؤية وتحسين الموثوقية.
  • دعم التشغيل التجريبي والتجارب والتحقق من صحة معدات الأتمتة الجديدة والترقيات وتغييرات العمليات.
  • المساعدة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر لتقليل وقت التوقف وتحسين زمن الدورة واستقرار جودة الطلاء.
  • ضمان الامتثال لسلامة الآلات، وإجراءات الإغلاق/الوسم (LOTO)، ولوائح المناطق الخطرة، ومعايير OEM، ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة الداخلية.
  • دعم عمليات التدقيق المتعلقة بـ ISO/QMS وأنظمة السلامة الداخلية.
  • العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق الإنتاج وهندسة العمليات والجودة والمرافق.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للأعطال وأنشطة الصيانة وتعديلات الأتمتة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها في الهندسة الكهربائية أو الأتمتة أو الميكاترونكس أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة عملية من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في صيانة الأتمتة، ويفضل في قسم الدهان أو بيئة تصنيع عالية الأتمتة.
  • إتقان مثبت في برمجة PLC وتكوين الأنظمة الروبوتية الصناعية.
  • معرفة عملية بأدوات المحاكاة المستخدمة في تطبيقات الأتمتة أو الروبوتات.
  • شهادة في الأتمتة الصناعية و/أو الروبوتات تعتبر ميزة قوية.
  • الاستعداد للعمل بنظام المناوبات وتقديم الدعم عند الاستدعاء حسب متطلبات الإنتاج.
  • الالتزام الإلزامي باستخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية (PPE) وإجراءات السلامة ومعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في المصنع.

Position Overview

The Paint Shop Automation Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving automated systems within the paint shop to ensure maximum equipment uptime, consistent paint quality, and safe operations.

The role supports automation across Pre-Treatment, E-Coat, Primer, Basecoat, Clearcoat, Ovens, Inspection Areas, Material Handling Systems, and ASRS.

Responsibilities

Automation & Controls Maintenance:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems, industrial robots, and automation equipment used in paint shop operations.
  • Diagnose electrical, control, sensor, and communication faults to restore equipment quickly and safely.
  • Perform structured fault analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) for repeat failures.

Programming & System Support

  • Support minor modifications and troubleshooting of PLC logic, robot programs, and HMI/SCADA screens as per approved change procedures.
  • Maintain system backups, program versions, and automation documentation.

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

  • Execute preventive maintenance activities for automation systems including conveyors, robots, ovens, elevators, turntables, and ASRS.
  • Monitor alarms, trends, and equipment behavior to support predictive maintenance and reliability improvement.

Commissioning & Improvement

  • Support commissioning, trials, and validation of new automation equipment, upgrades, and process changes.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, improve cycle time, and stabilize paint quality.

Safety, Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with machine safety, LOTO, hazardous-area regulations, OEM standards, and internal EHS requirements.
  • Support audits related to ISO/QMS and internal safety systems.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with cross functional team Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and Facilities teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of breakdowns, maintenance activities, and automation modifications.

Qualifications

  • High school Diploma or Equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in automation maintenance, preferably in a paint shop or highly automated manufacturing environment.
  • Proven proficiency in PLC programming and industrial robotic system configuration.
  • Working knowledge of simulation tools used for automation or robotic applications.
  • Certification in industrial automation and/or robotics is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to work shift duties and provide on-call support as per production requirements.
  • Mandatory compliance with PPE usage, safety procedures, and plant EHS standards.
