تعلن شركة GREENLAND GROUP (جهة مرموقة في السعودية) عن توفر وظيفة مشرف نظام Biofloc (Biofloc System Supervisor) بدوام كامل، تتطلب خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تربية الأسماك بنظام Biofloc، ويفضل خبرة في تربية أسماك التيلابيا. آخر موعد للتقديم: 23 يونيو 2026.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • بناء وإعداد نظام Biofloc متكامل من الصفر.
  • إدارة وتشغيل خزانات/برك تربية أسماك التيلابيا.
  • مراقبة جودة المياه والحفاظ على استقرار النظام.
  • التحكم في أنظمة التهوية وإدارة البكتيريا النافعة.
  • اتباع جداول التغذية ومراقبة نمو الأسماك وصحتها.
  • تقليل معدلات النفوق وتحسين كفاءة الإنتاج.
  • الإشراف على العمال ومتابعة العمليات اليومية للمزرعة.
  • إدارة جودة المياه: اختبار ومراقبة المعايير الحرجة مثل الأكسجين المذاب (DO)، درجة الحموضة (pH)، درجة الحرارة، الأمونيا، النتريت، والقلوية بشكل مستمر.
  • مراقبة Biofloc: حساب وضبط نسبة الكربون إلى النيتروجين (C:N) بإضافة مصادر الكربون (مثل المولاس، دقيق القمح) لتعزيز نمو الكائنات الحية الدقيقة النافعة.
  • إدارة المخزون: الإشراف على أنظمة التغذية، أخذ عينات الأسماك/الروبيان، الفرز، مراقبة الأمراض، والحصاد.
  • صيانة المرافق: الإشراف على صيانة معدات معالجة المياه، أنظمة التهوية، المرشحات الحيوية، والمولدات الاحتياطية.
  • تطبيق الأمن الحيوي: ضمان الالتزام الصارم بإجراءات التعقيم، بروتوكولات الحجر الصحي، وإجراءات السلامة الحيوية لمنع تفشي مسببات الأمراض.
  • قيادة الفريق: تدريب وجدولة وإشراف عمال المزرعة لضمان إنجاز المهام اليومية بأمان وكفاءة.
  • حفظ السجلات: تسجيل القراءات الكيميائية اليومية، معدلات استهلاك العلف، نمو الكتلة الحيوية، والمخزون، وإعداد تقارير الأداء والمالية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في نظام Biofloc لتربية الأسماك (يفضل تربية التيلابيا).
  • حاصل على دبلوم في مصايد الأسماك (fisheries).
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (conversant in English).

  • Applicants MUST have hands-on 05 years experience in Bio-Floc System fish farming, preferably in Tilapia Fish.
  • Applicant should conversant in English.
  • Build and set up a complete Biofloc system from scratch.
  • Manage and operate tilapia fish tanks/ponds.
  • Monitor water quality and maintain system stability.
  • Control aeration systems and manage beneficial bacteria.
  • Follow feeding schedules and monitor fish growth and health.
  • Reduce mortality rates and improve production efficiency.
  • Supervise workers and oversee daily farm operations.
  • Water Quality Management: Continually test and manage critical parameters like dissolved oxygen (DO), pH, temperature, ammonia, nitrite, and alkalinity.
  • Biofloc Monitoring: Calculate and adjust the carbon-to-nitrogen (C:N) ratio by adding carbon sources (e.g., molasses, wheat flour) to promote the growth of beneficial microorganisms.
  • Stock Management: Supervise feeding regimes, fish/shrimp sampling, grading, disease monitoring, and harvesting.
  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of water treatment equipment, aeration systems, bio-filters, and emergency generators.
  • Biosecurity Enforcement: Ensure strict adherence to sanitation, quarantine protocols, and biosafety measures to prevent pathogen outbreaks.
  • Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and supervise farm workers to ensure daily tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Record Keeping: Log daily chemical readings, feed consumption rates, biomass growth, and inventory to generate performance and financial reports.
