تسعى شركة Wood، الرائدة عالمياً في الاستشارات الهندسية، إلى تعيين Lead Planner للمساهمة في تطوير منجم ذهب جديد ومرفق معالجة في موقع نائي بالمملكة العربية السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات
- العمل كنقطة اتصال تخطيطية لنطاقات المشروع المحددة.
- مراجعة وصيانة هياكل الرقابة التخطيطية بما يتوافق مع هيكل تجزئة العمل (WBS) المعتمد للمشروع.
- مراجعة وصيانة خطط المشاريع الأساسية والجداول الزمنية باستخدام برامج الجدولة المناسبة.
- مراقبة والتحكم في أنشطة التخطيط عبر جميع مراحل دورة حياة المشروع.
- التنسيق مع أقسام الهندسة والمشتريات والإنشاءات والأطراف الأخرى، بما في ذلك الأطراف الثالثة، للإلمام بأنشطة المشروع وحالتها وتأثيرها على الجدول الزمني ومتطلبات القوى العاملة.
- توفير نسخ من خطط المشروع والجداول الزمنية وفقاً لمتطلبات إعداد التقارير.
- توفير نسخ من تقارير حالة التقدم والأداء وفقاً لمتطلبات إعداد التقارير.
- مراجعة وإصدار تحديثات لخطط المشروع والجداول الزمنية.
- مراجعة وإصدار تحديثات لمتطلبات القوى العاملة.
- مراقبة وتقييم أثر إشعارات التغيير على الجدول الزمني.
- مراقبة ومراجعة حالة التقدم الإجمالية للمشروع وتحقيق المعالم الرئيسية وتقييم الأداء مقارنة بالأداء المخطط.
- حضور اجتماعات التقدم والأداء الداخلية للمشروع حسب الحاجة.
- التنسيق مع قسم التكاليف لضمان التحكم الدقيق وفي الوقت المناسب في ميزانيات ساعات العمل والتنبؤ بها، مع ضمان تقييم أثر جميع طلبات التغيير وإدراجها في الجداول الزمنية.
- المشاركة في تحليل مخاطر الجدول الزمني حسب الحاجة.
- المشاركة وقيادة مراجعات الامتثال لضوابط المشروع والتحسين المستمر.
- القيام بدور نشط في توجيه وتطوير المسار الوظيفي لكوادر التخطيط.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس (ISCED المستوى 6) في تخصص تقني أو إداري ذي صلة (أو ما يعادله من خلال التدريب المهني و/أو الخبرة العملية).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عامًا في مجال الجدولة/التخطيط ذي الصلة.
- معرفة متقدمة ببرنامج Primavera وبرامج الجدولة الأخرى والأدوات والتقنيات المرتبطة بها، بما في ذلك تحليل المنطق والمسار الحرج، وتحميل الموارد وتسويتها.
- معرفة متقدمة بإجراءات تنفيذ المشاريع الخاصة بالجدولة.
- فهم متقدم لهياكل WBS وCBS وقدرات إعداد التقارير للمشاريع.
- قدرة متقدمة على تطوير جداول وخطط المشاريع.
- قدرة متقدمة على إعداد خطط تحميل الموارد والتقدم والموظفين.

- Acts as Planning focal point for specific project scopes
- Review and maintain planning control structures are developed and maintained in alignment with approved project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Review and maintain baseline project plans and schedules using appropriate scheduling software.
- Monitor and control planning activities through all phases of project lifecycle
- Liaise with engineering, procurement and construction functions, and others as required, including third parties, to maintain awareness of project activities, their status, and their impact on the project schedule and manpower requirements.
- Provide copies of project plans and schedules in accordance with project reporting requirements.
- Provide copies of project progress and performance status reports in accordance with project reporting requirements.
- Review and issue updates to project plans and schedules.
- Review and issue updates to project manpower requirements.
- Monitor and assess schedule impact of change notifications.
- Monitor and review overall project progress status, achievement of major milestones, and evaluate project performance in relation to planned performance.
- Attend internal project progress and performance status meetings as required.
- Liaise with cost discipline to ensure accurate and timely control and forecasting of man-hour budgets and ensure that the impact of all change requests are properly assessed and included in the schedules.
- Participate in schedule risk analysis as required.
- Participate and lead Project Controls Compliance and Continuous Improvement Reviews
- Play an active role in the mentoring and career development of Planning personnel.
- Project schedules are maintained in accordance with approved contract and project Work Breakdown Structure.
- Project plans and schedules are issued in accordance with contract reporting calendar and on an as required basis.
- All project schedules are fully logic linked and show the critical path and total float for all activities.
- The project schedule is baselined at the time of approval by the client of funding for the project.
- All project schedules contain resources in accordance with the corporate standards.
- Work packs delivery milestones are clearly identified within the project schedules.
- A standard set of agreed milestones are maintained within both the schedule and the cost reporting database

Expected
- Typically requires ISCED level 6 (Bachelors) Degree in a relevant technical or business discipline (or equivalent gained through relevant vocational training and/or industry experience)
- Incumbents will typically have a minimum 15 year relevant scheduling/planning experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera and other scheduling software and related tools and techniques including Logic and CPM analysis, resource loading and levelling
- Advanced knowledge of Project Execution Procedures for Scheduling
- Advanced understanding of WBS & CBS structures and project reporting capabilities
- Advanced ability to develop project schedules and plans.
- Advanced ability to prepare resource loading, progress and staffing plans.
- Excellent understanding of earned value application, cost and schedule variance analyses/trending and what-if scenarios
- Advanced understanding of project management principles and techniques
- Strong understanding of Cost Management, Change Control, Planning & Risk Analysis & Management
- Prior experience in a senior planning role
