Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and detail orientated professional to support both customer service and logistics/customs coordination in our growing service operation. This is a dynamic role combining customer interaction, administrative coordination, and physical handling of equipment.
As part of a small and expanding team, you will take ownership across the full shipment flow from receiving and unpacking incoming equipment to coordinating outbound shipments and supporting customs processes. Delivering a high level of customer satisfaction is a key priority in everything you do.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Provide timely, clear, and professional communication with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Support issue resolution and ensure customer needs are addressed quickly and effectively
- Act as a key contact for customers regarding shipment status, service progress, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate closely with technicians and operations to meet customer expectations
Logistics, Receiving & Shipping (Hands-On)
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect, and register equipment accurately
- Verify documentation and report discrepancies or damages
- Prepare, pack, and label outbound shipments in line with company standards
- Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and courier services
Customs & Coordination
- Prepare and review import/export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.)
- Work with customs brokers to support smooth clearance of shipments
- Monitor shipments and proactively follow up on delays or issues
- Ensure compliance with basic Saudi customs (ZATCA) requirements
- Support continuous improvement of logistics and customs processes
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, logistics or a service environment
- Practical experience with international shipments and documentation
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of customs processes
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment (receiving, packing, moving equipment)
- Familiarity with Oracle
- Fluent in Arabic & English
