تعلن شركة GCC Olayan في الخبر (المنطقة الشرقية) عن توفر وظيفة منسق عقود تشغيل (Operation Lease Coordinator)، حيث سيتولى شاغلها التنسيق بين العملاء والشركة والسائقين/المشغلين، إضافة إلى صيانة البيانات التشغيلية لضمان سير العمليات بسلاسة وتوثيق التقدم بين الأطراف.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • اتباع إجراءات التشغيل لضمان كفاءة العمليات التجارية.
  • تحديد المشكلات في العمليات التشغيلية وحلها في الوقت المناسب.
  • الإشراف على الطلبات والرحلات للتأكد من مطابقتها للاحتياجات.
  • تخطيط وتتبع الشحنات عبر نظام GPS وفقاً لمتطلبات العملاء.
  • جدولة الموظفين والشاحنات بدقة مع القدرة على المراقبة والتتبع الكاملين.
  • تجهيز الحمولات للشحن وإدارة المتطلبات حتى الوجهات النهائية.
  • المبادرة بشكل مستقل واتخاذ خطوات استباقية لتجنب مشكلات مراقبة الجودة.
  • ضمان بقاء سعة المستودع عند مستويات مثلى لتحسين التكاليف.
  • مراقبة وإدارة العمليات اليومية للسائقين/المشغلين لتلبية توقعات العملاء ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للإدارة.
  • بناء والحفاظ على علاقة قوية مع السائقين/المشغلين.
  • دعم السائقين/المشغلين أثناء الطريق في حالات الأعطال والمشكلات الأخرى.
  • الحفاظ على دقة الوثائق التشغيلية والتقارير الإدارية.
  • الإشراف على المركبات وإبقاء الوثائق القانونية محدثة لتجنب المخالفات والعقوبات المرورية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة الدبلوم (يفضل في تخصص الميكانيكا).
  • خبرة من 1 إلى 3 سنوات.

Role Purpose

To liaise between customers, company & drivers/operators, also maintain the operational data for the purpose of ensuring the smooth flow of related operations and to capture and document the progress between them.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

Operation, shipments & Logistic:

  • Follow the operating procedures for efficient business operations
  • Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in timely manner.
  • Supervise orders and trips to ensure they meet needs.
  • Plan and track the shipment through GPS according to customer requirements
  • Schedule staff and truck accurately and capability of full monitoring and tracking.
  • Prepares loads for shipment and manages the required to final destinations.
  • Takes initiative independently and proactive steps to avoid quality control issues.
  • Ensure the warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels, for cost optimization

Drivers/ Operators:

  • Monitor, control and manage drivers/ operator’s daily operations to meet customer expectations and Departments KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with the drivers/operators
  • support drivers/operators on route for any breakdowns and other issues.

Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate operations documents and management reports.
  • Oversees vehicles and keep the legal documentation up to date, to avoid traffic violations and penalties.

Education & Certifications

diploma degree (preferred in Mechanical technology)
