Job Title: Project Constructability Manager

Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Constructability Manager to lead and oversee constructability activities for large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects. The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in managing complex projects from the engineering phase through construction, commissioning, and final handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall constructability strategy for major EPC projects, ensuring efficient and safe project execution.
• Review engineering designs to ensure they are practical, cost-effective, and construction-friendly.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, QA/QC, HSE, and Commissioning teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project execution from planning to handover, ensuring compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to construction and site management teams.
• Identify and resolve constructability issues before and during construction.
• Supervise contract execution and support negotiations with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure compliance with international standards, client specifications, and HSE requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in construction methodologies and project execution strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's Degree is an advantage).
• 15-20+ years of experience in large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Proven experience managing projects from engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, to final handover.
• Strong expertise in constructability reviews, project planning, construction management, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience handling high-value EPC projects (USD 500 Million and above) is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong understanding of international codes, standards, and best practices in Oil & Gas construction.
• GCC/Aramco/ADNOC experience will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Senior Mechanical Engineer with extensive EPC project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on mega Oil & Gas projects.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience managing subcontractors and client relationships.
• Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.
