المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة وتنظيم المجتمعات واللقاءات (meet-ups) الخاصة بـ Binance عبر الإنترنت وخارجه في منطقة MENA، مع التركيز على أسواق الإمارات والمنطقة.
- التفاعل مع المجتمع عبر قنوات التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة، وإنشاء محتوى يهدف إلى بناء العلاقات والحفاظ عليها.
- المساعدة في توظيف وإدارة علاقات سفراء Binance Angels.
- الترويج لعلامة Binance التجارية وتقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة لأفراد المجتمع.
- إنشاء وترجمة ومراجعة المحتوى المتعلق بالمجتمع لـ Binance، مع التركيز على الأسواق الناطقة بالعربية والإنجليزية والفرنسية.
- استكشاف منصات جديدة صديقة للمجتمع لتسهيل توسيع قاعدة المستخدمين المحليين وزيادة الوعي.
- المساعدة في إدارة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي الإقليمية لـ Binance ومجموعات الدردشة، والتفاعل مع المجتمع لتعزيز المشاركة الإيجابية.
- مشاركة ملاحظات السوق وتعليقات المستخدمين مع فرق العمل المختصة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شغف بالعملات الرقمية ومنتجات وخدمات Binance (مثل Spot، Margin، Futures، P2P، Binance NFT وغيرها).
- فهم قوي للمصطلحات والاتجاهات المتعلقة بالعملات الرقمية والبلوكتشين، مع اهتمام عميق بثقافة العملات الرقمية (مثل Blockchain، Wallets، DeFi، Web3، NFT).
- خبرة ذات صلة في إنشاء وتنسيق المحتوى لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
- الإلمام بمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي مثل Twitter، Facebook، Instagram، TikTok، YouTube، Telegram، وDiscord، والقدرة على التفاعل مع المجتمع وبناء/الحفاظ على العلاقات.
- خبرة في وضع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وتحقيقها وتقديم التقارير وتمكين الآخرين من تحقيق الأهداف. عقلية موجهة نحو التنفيذ مع التواضع والدافع والقدرة على الإنجاز.
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة المجتمع أو الأحداث (events) مع تملك قوي للمسؤولية وذكاء عاطفي عالٍ.
- خبرة في إطلاق مبادرات مجتمعية (مثل بناء منتدى إلكتروني، بدء برنامج سفير، إنشاء سلسلة فعاليات، كتابة نشرة بريدية).
- القدرة على العمل بساعات مرنة وممتدة للتفاعل مع مجتمع العملات الرقمية بشكل متكرر.
- إتقان اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية شرط أساسي.

Responsibilities
- Manage and organise online and offline Binance communities and meet-ups across the MENA region with a focus on our UAE and MENA markets.
- Engage with our community on various social media channels and create content aimed to build and maintain relationships.
- Assist with Binance Angels recruitment and relationship management.
- Promote the Binance brand and provide excellent customer service to community members.
- Create, translate, and proofread community-related content for Binance, focusing on Arabic, English & French speaking markets.
- Explore new community-friendly platforms to facilitate the expansion of the local user base and awareness.
- Assist on moderating the regional Binance social media platforms and chat groups and interact with the community to increase positive engagement.
- Share market and user feedback and user suggestions with relevant functional teams.
- Crypto & Binance enthusiast with experience using Binance’s products & services (Spot, Margin, Futures, P2P, Binance NFT etc.)
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminologies/trends and a strong interest in crypto culture (Blockchain, Wallets, DeFi, Web3, NFT etc.).
- Relevant experience creating and curating content for our social media platforms.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, Telegram, and Discord to engage with our community and build/maintain relationships.
- Experience establishing KPIs, delivering, reporting, and empowering others to achieve targets. Execution oriented mindset - with the humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done.
- Proven community or event management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence.
- Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, starting an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter).
- Be able to work flexible and stretched hours to interact with the crypto community as frequently as possible.
- Fluency in English & Arabic is a must.
