تسعى Supermicro إلى تعيين مدير (أول) لعمليات الميدان والخدمات اللوجستية لمراكز البيانات لقيادة وتوسيع وتحسين عمليات البنية التحتية في المملكة العربية السعودية ومنطقة الخليج، مع إشراف استراتيجي للنمو المستقبلي في منطقة أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا. يتطلب هذا الدور قائدًا استراتيجيًا يتمتع بخبرة تقنية وتشغيلية عميقة، تجمع بين قدرات قوية في هندسة الأنظمة وخبرة مثبتة في الخدمات اللوجستية والامتثال التجاري وعمليات المستورد/المصدر المسجل لأجهزة الخوادم عالية القيمة. ستكون مسؤولاً عن الإدارة الشاملة لعمليات الهندسة الميدانية، ولوجستيات مستودعات الأجهزة، وأطر الامتثال، وتميز خدمة العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة فريق تقني متعدد الوظائف يقدم الدعم الميداني والبعيد والمباشر للعملاء في المملكة العربية السعودية ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط، مع خطط للتوسع إلى أوروبا والشرق الأوسط وأفريقيا.
- العمل كسلطة تقنية لمشكلات أجهزة الخوادم، مع التركيز على أنظمة Supermicro ونشر الرفوف المبنية على وحدات معالجة الرسوميات.
- قيادة تحليل الأسباب الجذرية وتحسينات الخدمة المستمرة لتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية.
- إدارة اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وأداء الخدمة الميدانية؛ وتحسين عمليات مكتب الخدمة والدعم الميداني.
- توظيف وتدريب وتوجيه الموظفين التقنيين واللوجستيين لبناء فريق عالي الأداء ومسؤول.
- الإشراف على متطلبات المعالجة الخاصة وعمليات مستودع الأجهزة، بما في ذلك إدارة المخزون والتوزيع والاستلام.
- التعامل مع الوثائق الجمركية وضمان الامتثال لقوانين الاستيراد/التصدير في الإمارات ومتطلبات الترخيص.
- تنسيق الشحنات الدولية والعمل مع شركاء الخدمات اللوجستية لتحقيق الجداول الزمنية وتحسين التكلفة والطرق ومواعيد التسليم.
- الحصول على التصاريح والتراخيص والشهادات الخاصة لاستيراد/تصدير أجهزة الخوادم والحفاظ عليها.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال إقليمية لجميع التحديات اللوجستية والاستيراد/التصدير والامتثال والهيئات التنظيمية لضمان سلاسة العمليات.
- معالجة تأخيرات الشحن والإيقافات الجمركية وتحديات الامتثال بشكل استباقي وإنشاء خطط طوارئ لتجنب الاضطرابات.
- دعم المناقشات التقنية قبل البيع وبعده، بما في ذلك تأهيل العملاء وتخطيط المشاريع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الحاسوب، تقنية المعلومات، سلسلة التوريد، أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير).
- خبرة 10+ سنوات في عمليات مراكز البيانات، البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات، أو إدارة الخدمات اللوجستية، مع 5+ سنوات في دور قيادي.
- خلفية قوية في هندسة أنظمة الخوادم، بما في ذلك خبرة مع منصات Supermicro، وخوادم GPU، ونشر الرفوف.
- نجاح مثبت في إدارة عمليات المستورد/المصدر المسجل والامتثال التجاري في الشرق الأوسط، وخاصة المملكة العربية السعودية والإمارات.
- فهم عميق لمعمارية x86، وأنظمة BIOS/BMC، وتكامل الأجهزة على مستوى المؤسسات.
- قدرة مثبتة على بناء وقيادة فرق إقليمية متعددة الوظائف في بيئات عالية الطلب وحاسمة المهمة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل التنفيذي وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوب؛ إتقان اللغة العربية مفضل بشدة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- محترف معتمد من Supermicro (SCP) (مفضل).
- شهادة CompTIA Server+، DCCA، أو شهادة تقنية معادلة.
- شهادة ITIL Foundation أو شهادة ITSM مماثلة.
- معرفة بأنظمة الجمارك السعودية ZATCA ومنصات Dubai Trade/DP World.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a cross-functional technical team providing on-site, remote, and customer-facing support across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region, with plans to expand into EMEA.
- Act as a technical authority for server hardware issues, with emphasis on Supermicro systems and GPU-based rack-scale deployments.
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous service improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, and field service performance; optimize processes for service desk and on-site support.
- Recruit, train, and mentor technical and logistics staff to build a high-performance, accountable team.
- Oversee special handling requirements and hardware depot operations, including inventory, distribution, and receipt management.
- Handle customs documentation and ensure compliance with UAE import/export trade laws and licensing requirements.
- Coordinate international shipments and work with logistics partners to meet timelines while optimize cost, routes and delivery timelines.
- Obtain and maintain permits, licenses, and special certifications for importing/exporting server hardware.
- Act as the regional point of contact for all logistics, import/export, compliance challenges and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations.
- Proactively address shipment delays, customs hold, and compliance challenges and create contingency plans to avoid disruptions.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales technical discussions, including customer onboarding and project planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in data center operations, IT infrastructure, or logistics management, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in server systems engineering, including experience with Supermicro platforms, GPU servers, and rack-scale deployments.
- Proven success in managing IOR/EOR operations and trade compliance in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
- Deep understanding of x86 architecture, BIOS/BMC systems, and enterprise-level hardware integration.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional regional teams in high-demand, mission-critical environments.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic strongly preferred.
- Supermicro Certified Professional (SCP).
- CompTIA Server+, DCCA, or equivalent technical certification.
- ITIL Foundation or similar ITSM certification
