شركة الفطيم (Al-Futtaim)، إحدى أكبر المجموعات التجارية الخاصة في المنطقة، تعلن عن وظيفة أخصائي قطع غيار (Parts Man) للعمل في صالة عرض BYD التابعة لقطاع السيارات، في المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- المسؤول عن مناولة وتخزين وانتقاء وتعبئة وشحن قطع غيار السيارات الأصلية في مستودع الوكالة.
- يلعب دوراً حاسماً في الحفاظ على دقة المخزون ودعم كفاءة الورشة وضمان توفر القطع في الوقت المناسب لعمليات الخدمة والعملاء والمتطلبات الداخلية.
- يساهم من خلال إدارة انضباط المستودع وممارسات المناولة الآمنة وحركة المخزون الدقيقة في إنتاجية الورشة ورضا العملاء وأداء خدمات ما بعد البيع.
- يتطلب انضباطاً عالياً ودقة ونشاطاً بدنياً للتعامل مع المكونات عالية القيمة والحساسة وعالية الجهد (HV).
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استلام شحنات القطع الواردة والتحقق من الكميات وأرقام القطع والحالة مقابل أوامر الشراء وإشعارات التسليم.
- الإبلاغ الفوري عن التناقضات والنواقص والبضائع التالفة أو التسليم غير الصحيح إلى مشرف القطع.
- ترتيب القطع بدقة في مواقع التخزين المخصصة وفق مبدأ FIFO ومتطلبات التخزين من الوكيل.
- ضمان ظروف التخزين المناسبة للقطع الهشة والسوائل والبطاريات والإطارات وزيوت التشحيم والمواد الخطرة وفق معايير السلامة.
- مناولة مكونات البطاريات عالية الجهد (HV) والقطع الحساسة باستخدام إجراءات السلامة المعتمدة ومعدات الحماية.
- انتقاء القطع بدقة لأوامر إصلاح الورشة ومبيعات التجزئة وطلبات ورش الهيكل والتحويلات بين الفروع وفق قوائم الانتقاء الصادرة.
- التحقق من الكميات الملتقطة وأرقام القطع قبل الشحن لتقليل تأخير الورشة وشكاوى العملاء.
- تعبئة القطع بأمان للنقل مع عناية خاصة للقطع الهشة والكبيرة الحجم أو عالية القيمة.
- شحن القطع للإدارات الداخلية والعملاء الخارجيين والفروع في الوقت المحدد مع الحفاظ على وثائق التسليم وإثبات الشحن.
- دعم متطلبات الورشة العاجلة لتقليل وقت تعطل المركبات وتأخير الخدمة.
- إجراء الجرد الدوري اليومي ودعم عمليات الجرد المقررة للحفاظ على دقة المخزون وإمكانية التتبع.
- مراقبة حالة المخزون والإبلاغ عن القطع التالفة أو منتهية الصلاحية أو المتقادمة أو بطيئة الحركة إلى مشرف القطع لاتخاذ الإجراء التصحيحي.
- ضمان دوران المخزون الصحيح وتقليل الخسائر والانكماش وأخطاء التخزين.
- المحافظة على الملصقات السليمة ودقة مواقع التخزين وتنظيم المستودع في جميع مناطق التخزين.
- الحفاظ على نظافة المستودع وتنظيمه وفق معايير 5S عبر جميع الممرات والأرفف ومواقع التخزين.
- تشغيل الرافعات الشوكية والعربات اليدوية ومعدات مناولة المستودعات بأمان وضمن شهادات التصريح.
- اتباع جميع إجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) بما في ذلك الرفع الآمن واستخدام معدات الحماية الشخصية والتعامل مع المواد الكيميائية والبضائع الخطرة.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الوكيل واللوائح الجمركية ومتطلبات التدقيق والضوابط الداخلية المتعلقة بتتبع القطع وإدارة المخزون.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو دبلوم مهني.
- يفضل أن يكون حاصلاً على شهادة في اللوجستيات أو إدارة المستودعات أو سلسلة التوريد.
- رخصة تشغيل رافعة شوكية تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 1–3 سنوات في مستودع قطع غيار أو وكالة سيارات أو بيئة لوجستية.
- يفضل بشدة خبرة سابقة في التعامل مع قطع غيار السيارات الأصلية.
- خبرة في عمليات المستودعات في بيئات الوكالات ذات الحجم الكبير تعتبر ميزة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة عملية بوحدات إدارة المستودعات ضمن أنظمة DMS أو ERP أو WMS.
- الإلمام بأنظمة مسح الباركود وعمليات حركة المخزون ووثائق المستودع.
- القدرة على قراءة والتحقق من أرقام القطع وقوائم الانتقاء ووثائق الشحن وطلبات نقل المخزون بدقة.
- مهارات حاسوبية أساسية لإدخال المخزون وتأكيد استلام البضائع وتقارير المخزون.
- مهارات القراءة والكتابة الأساسية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية لعمليات المستودع والتوثيق.

The role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting workshop efficiency, and ensuring timely parts availability for service operations, retail customers, and inter-branch requirements. By managing warehouse discipline, safe handling practices, and accurate stock movement, the Parts Man directly contributes to workshop productivity, customer satisfaction, and overall aftersales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Goods Receipt & Storage
- Receive incoming parts shipments and verify quantities, part numbers, and condition against purchase orders and delivery notes
- Identify and report discrepancies, shortages, damaged goods, or incorrect deliveries to the Parts Supervisor immediately
- Bin parts accurately into designated storage locations using FIFO principles and OEM storage requirements
- Ensure proper storage conditions for fragile parts, fluids, batteries, tyres, lubricants, and hazardous materials in accordance with safety standards
- Handle high-voltage (HV) battery components and sensitive parts using approved safety procedures and protective equipment
- Pick parts accurately for workshop Repair Orders, retail customer sales, body shop requirements, and inter-branch transfers using issued pick lists
- Verify picked quantities and part numbers before dispatch to minimize workshop delays and customer complaints
- Package parts securely for transportation, ensuring special care for fragile, oversized, or high-value items
- Dispatch parts to internal departments, external customers, and branch locations on time while maintaining delivery documentation and proof of dispatch
- Support urgent workshop requirements to minimize vehicle downtime and service delays
- Conduct daily cycle counts and support scheduled stock takes to maintain high inventory accuracy and traceability
- Monitor stock condition and report damaged, expired, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory to the Parts Supervisor for corrective action
- Ensure correct stock rotation and minimize stock losses, shrinkage, and binning errors
- Maintain proper labeling, bin location accuracy, and warehouse organization across all storage areas
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and 5S standards across all aisles, shelves, and storage locations
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, trolleys, and warehouse handling equipment safely and within certification guidelines
- Follow all HSE procedures including safe lifting, PPE usage, chemical handling, and hazardous goods protocols
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards, customs regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls related to parts traceability and inventory management
- High School Certificate or Vocational Diploma
- Certification in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Supply Chain is considered an advantage
- Forklift certification is highly preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a parts warehouse, automotive dealership, or logistics environment
- Previous experience handling genuine automotive spare parts is strongly preferred
- Experience with warehouse operations in high-volume dealership environments is considered an advantage
- Working knowledge of warehouse management modules within DMS, ERP, or WMS platforms
- Familiarity with barcode scanning systems, stock movement processes, and warehouse documentation
- Ability to read and verify part numbers, pick lists, shipping documents, and stock transfer requests accurately
- Basic computer literacy for stock entry, goods receipt confirmation, and inventory reporting
- Basic Arabic and English reading and writing skills for warehouse operations and documentation
