المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة وإدارة فريق تقني متعدد التخصصات لتقديم الدعم الميداني وعن بُعد ودعم العملاء في المملكة العربية السعودية ومنطقة الشرق الأوسط، مع التخطيط للتوسع إلى أسواق EMEA.
- العمل كجهة فنية رئيسية لمشاكل أجهزة الخوادم، مع التركيز على أنظمة Supermicro ونشر الحلول المعتمدة على وحدات معالجة الرسوميات (GPU) في الرفوف (rack-scale).
- إجراء تحليل الأسباب الجذرية وتحسين الخدمات المستمر لرفع الكفاءة التشغيلية.
- إدارة اتفاقيات مستوى الخدمة (SLAs) ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) وأداء الخدمة الميدانية؛ وتحسين عمليات مكتب الخدمة والدعم الميداني.
- توظيف وتدريب وتوجيه الكوادر الفنية واللوجستية لبناء فريق عالي الأداء ومسؤول.
- الإشراف على متطلبات المعالجة الخاصة وعمليات مستودع الأجهزة، بما في ذلك إدارة المخزون والتوزيع والاستلام.
- معالجة الوثائق الجمركية وضمان الامتثال لقوانين الاستيراد والتصدير في الإمارات ومتطلبات الترخيص.
- تنسيق الشحنات الدولية والعمل مع شركاء الخدمات اللوجستية لتحقيق الجداول الزمنية وتحسين التكلفة والمسارات ومواعيد التسليم.
- الحصول على التصاريح والتراخيص والشهادات الخاصة لاستيراد/تصدير أجهزة الخوادم والحفاظ عليها.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال إقليمية لجميع تحديات الخدمات اللوجستية والاستيراد/التصدير والامتثال والجهات التنظيمية لضمان سلاسة العمليات.
- معالجة تأخيرات الشحن والإيقافات الجمركية وتحديات الامتثال بشكل استباقي، ووضع خطط طوارئ لتجنب الاضطرابات.
- دعم المناقشات التقنية قبل البيع وبعده، بما في ذلك إعداد العملاء وتخطيط المشاريع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في هندسة الحاسوب، تقنية المعلومات، سلسلة الإمداد، أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل الماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في عمليات مراكز البيانات، البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات، أو إدارة الخدمات اللوجستية، مع 5 سنوات على الأقل في دور قيادي.
- خلفية قوية في هندسة أنظمة الخوادم، بما في ذلك خبرة مع منصات Supermicro وخوادم GPU والنشر على مستوى الرفوف (rack-scale).
- سجل نجاح في إدارة عمليات المستورد/المصدر المسجل (IOR/EOR) والامتثال التجاري في منطقة الشرق الأوسط، وخاصة المملكة العربية السعودية والإمارات.
- فهم عميق لمعمارية x86 وأنظمة BIOS/BMC وتكامل الأجهزة على مستوى المؤسسات.
- قدرة مثبتة على بناء وقيادة فرق إقليمية متعددة الوظائف في بيئات عالية الطلب وحساسة للمهام.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل التنفيذي وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (إلزامي)؛ اللغة العربية مفضلة بقوة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- خبرة تقنية متقدمة في أنظمة الخوادم والحلول المعتمدة على GPU.
- معرفة بأنظمة ZATCA الجمركية السعودية ومنصات Dubai Trade / DP World (مفضلة).
- الشهادات المهنية المفضلة: Supermicro Certified Professional (SCP)، CompTIA Server+ أو DCCA، ITIL Foundation أو ما يعادلها.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a cross-functional technical team providing on-site, remote, and customer-facing support across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region, with plans to expand into EMEA.
- Act as a technical authority for server hardware issues, with emphasis on Supermicro systems and GPU-based rack-scale deployments.
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous service improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, and field service performance; optimize processes for service desk and on-site support.
- Recruit, train, and mentor technical and logistics staff to build a high-performance, accountable team.
- Oversee special handling requirements and hardware depot operations, including inventory, distribution, and receipt management.
- Handle customs documentation and ensure compliance with UAE import/export trade laws and licensing requirements.
- Coordinate international shipments and work with logistics partners to meet timelines while optimize cost, routes and delivery timelines.
- Obtain and maintain permits, licenses, and special certifications for importing/exporting server hardware.
- Act as the regional point of contact for all logistics, import/export, compliance challenges and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations.
- Proactively address shipment delays, customs hold, and compliance challenges and create contingency plans to avoid disruptions.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales technical discussions, including customer onboarding and project planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in data center operations, IT infrastructure, or logistics management, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in server systems engineering, including experience with Supermicro platforms, GPU servers, and rack-scale deployments.
- Proven success in managing IOR/EOR operations and trade compliance in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
- Deep understanding of x86 architecture, BIOS/BMC systems, and enterprise-level hardware integration.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional regional teams in high-demand, mission-critical environments.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English required; Arabic strongly preferred.
- Supermicro Certified Professional (SCP).
- CompTIA Server+, DCCA, or equivalent technical certification.
- ITIL Foundation or similar ITSM certification
