Role Description The Teacher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum, adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing instructional materials, assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of progress. The teacher will create a positive, inclusive classroom environment, manage student behavior, and collaborate with colleagues, school leadership, and families to support student development. The role also involves participating in training sessions, school events, and ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and contribute to the wider school community.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering structured learning in classroom settings.
• Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning skills, including the ability to design, sequence, and adapt lessons to different learning levels.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.
• Candidates should possess Training and instructional skills to support student learning and participate in staff development activities.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; teaching certification or license is preferred.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and respect for diverse backgrounds.
• Strong classroom management skills and a learner-centered approach to teaching.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Previous teaching experience, ideally in primary or secondary education, is highly beneficial
