• Job Summary :

Execute general accounting activities with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring the proper recording and processing of all financial transactions related to the Fund in accordance with applicable accounting standards and approved policies. The role contributes to the preparation of periodic financial reports that support decision‑making and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Responsibilities & Accountabilities :
• Execute monthly and quarterly closing activities related to payroll expenses and other accruals in coordination with relevant business units, ensuring accurate journal entries and timely reflection in the general ledger
• Support the daily management of general and subsidiary ledgers by recording, validating, and reconciling financial transactions to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial records
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring all disclosures are accurate, complete, and compliant with IPSAS, IFRS, and EF’s internal standards
• Provide accurate, well‑documented, and timely financial data to support leadership in planning, budgeting, performance monitoring, and decision‑making
• Analyze unusual variances and deviations in accounting activities and provide clear recommendations to resolve issues and improve accuracy
• Identify risks, operational gaps, or control weaknesses within general accounting activities and escalate them with corrective recommendations
• Contribute to enhancing EF’s accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to strengthen governance and financial accountabilityCollaborate with finance colleagues, auditors, and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth financial information flow and alignment on accounting outputs
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to explain financial results, adjustments, and observations clearly and professionally

Assist internal and external auditors by preparing required documentation accurately, completely, and in an organized manner.

• Job Requirements:

-Education :Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred)

-Years of experience :Fresh Graduateno experience is required

-Skills :Teamwork, Problem Solving, Stakeholder Engagement, Quality Oriented, Decision Making, Accounting Standards and Practices, Financial Accounts Management.
