As Service Technician 1, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality on-site technical services. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of power transformers at customer locations, ensuring reliability, safety, and performance excellence.

🔹 What You’ll Bring

• Conduct inspections and diagnose faults in power transformers at customer sites.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on oil-filled and dry-type transformers.

• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.

• Utilize specialized testing equipment (TTR, Insulation Resistance, SFRA, DGA, etc.).

• Prepare detailed technical reports after each service visit.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and procedures.

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand requirements and provide solutions.

• Support installation, testing, and commissioning activities at service sites.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of service processes and technical practices.

• Travel within the Kingdom to support field operations as required.

🔹 Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology.

CAPM certification is a plus.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in power transformers or related field service work.

🔹 Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of transformer operation and maintenance.

• Hands-on experience with transformer testing equipment and diagnostics.

• Solid technical and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in field environments and under pressure.

• Valid Saudi driving license.

• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Proficiency in MS Office and technical reporting.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and digital tools is an advantage.
