نبذة عن الوظيفة
مهندس دعم معتمد من Apple لأنظمة Mac وWindows مسؤول عن تقديم الدعم الفني لأجهزة Apple macOS وأجهزة Windows. تشمل المهام تشخيص مشاكل الأجهزة والبرامج، تكوين الأنظمة، دعم المستخدمين النهائيين، وضمان أمان الأجهزة وامتثالها للمعايير وكفاءة تشغيلها.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم الدعم الفني لأجهزة MacBook وiMac وأجهزة سطح المكتب والمحمولة التي تعمل بنظام Windows.
- تثبيت وتكوين واستكشاف أخطاء أنظمة التشغيل macOS وWindows.
- حل مشكلات الأجهزة والبرامج والطابعات والأجهزة الطرفية.
- دعم تطبيقات Microsoft 365 بما في ذلك Outlook وTeams وOneDrive وSharePoint.
- تكوين حسابات المستخدمين والبريد الإلكتروني وشبكة Wi-Fi وVPN والاتصال بالشبكة.
- تسجيل وإدارة أجهزة Apple باستخدام Apple Business Manager وحلول MDM مثل Jamf Pro أو Microsoft Intune.
- تنفيذ تحديثات أنظمة التشغيل وتثبيتات البرامج وتصحيحات الأمان.
- الحفاظ على أمان الأجهزة وامتثالها باستخدام معايير المؤسسة.
- تسجيل وحل البلاغات وطلبات الخدمة ضمن اتفاقية مستوى الخدمة باستخدام أدوات ITSM.
- تنسيق إصلاحات الأجهزة وخدمات الضمان وإدارة الأصول.
- تقديم إرشادات للمستخدمين والحفاظ على الوثائق الفنية الأساسية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- متحدث أصلي باللغة العربية (إجادة تامة).
- شهادة Apple Device Support أو Apple Certified IT Professional.
- خبرة سابقة في دعم أنظمة macOS وWindows.

Job Description:
An Apple Certified Mac & Windows Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical support for both Apple macOS and Windows devices. The role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring systems, supporting end users, and ensuring devices are secure, compliant, and operating efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for MacBook, iMac, Windows desktops, and laptops.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Resolve hardware, software, printer, and peripheral-related issues.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Configure user accounts, email, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity.
- Enroll and manage Apple devices using Apple Business Manager (ABM) and MDM solutions such as Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune.
- Perform OS updates, software installations, and security patching.
- Maintain device security and compliance using enterprise standards.
- Log and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA using ITSM tools.
- Coordinate hardware repairs, warranty services, and asset management.
- Provide user guidance and maintain basic technical documentation.
Certification:
- Apple Device Support or Apple Certified IT Professional.
