We are seeking a motivated Learning and Development Advisor - Saudi to join our growing team in Riyadh, KSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support Learning & Development programs across the organization.
- Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and global stakeholders to identify learning needs and development priorities.
- Assist in the implementation of global learning initiatives, leadership development programs, and capability-building projects.
- Monitor learning participation, completion rates, and program effectiveness.
- Support talent development activities, including career development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with internal and external learning providers.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and insights on learning metrics and development outcomes.
- Ensure alignment of local initiatives with global L&D strategies and frameworks.
Qualifications
- Saudi (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field within a global, matrixed organization, with exposure to cross-functional and international stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Experience working within a matrixed and multinational organization is preferred.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
