Role Description The Finance Accounting Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam. The intern will assist with the preparation, review, and reconciliation of financial statements and accounting records. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting month-end closing activities, updating ledgers, processing invoices and expense reports, and helping ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies. The role also involves working with accounting software to enter and analyze data, preparing basic financial reports, and collaborating with the finance team on budgeting and cost tracking. The intern will contribute to continuous improvement of financial processes and participate in ad hoc projects and analyses as needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Finance and the ability to understand and work with Financial Statements.
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify variances, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with Accounting Software and basic office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and present findings.
• Candidates should be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Candidates should possess attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Candidates should demonstrate integrity, willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in an industrial and multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of basic cost accounting concepts and previous internship or project experience in finance or accounting are beneficial.
