Area Sales Manager (Saudi)

What This Role Is About

Our client is looking for an Area Sales Manager, based in Jeddah, to drive sales performance and strengthen market execution across the assigned territory.

This role will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing customer relationships, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies across the area.

You will work closely with sales teams and customers to achieve commercial targets, improve market coverage, and identify growth opportunities.

You will also play a key role in driving sales excellence, strengthening customer partnerships, and ensuring consistent execution across the market.

The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit

• 5+ years of sales experience within FMCG
• Strong experience managing sales performance across an assigned territory
• Experience in Traditional Trade sales is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of customer management, market execution, and sales operations
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
