We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters / Waitresses. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing professional, friendly, and attentive service to our guests. Responsibilities:

As a Waiter / Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding guest service by:

• Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables when required.
• Presenting menus, providing detailed information about food and beverage offerings, and making recommendations when appropriate.
• Taking guest orders accurately and communicating them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serving food and beverages promptly while maintaining Hyatt service standards.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction by responding efficiently to requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
• Assisting with table setup and preparation before, during, and after service periods.
• Processing guest bills accurately and handling payments in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Following all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Working closely with colleagues and other departments to create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Good command of English & Arabic.
