يسعى شركة MSD Gulf في المنطقة الشرقية إلى تعيين مدير تنفيذ اللقاحات (Vaccines Implementation Manager) لدعم برامج التطعيم الوطنية وتعزيز الشراكات مع الجهات الصحية العامة. سيكون المقر في المنطقة الشرقية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة التنفيذ الشامل لبرامج التطعيم الوطنية وضمان طرحها في الوقت المناسب عبر القنوات العامة.
- التعاون مع إدارات وزارة الصحة وهيئة الصحة العامة والتجمعات الصحية الإقليمية وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين لتحديد الأولويات ومعالجة التحديات الميدانية.
- مراقبة وتتبع مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للتنفيذ، وتحديد الفجوات، واقتراح إجراءات تصحيحية مدعومة بالبيانات.
- إظهار القدرة على توصيل القيمة المقترحة ودفع فرص الأعمال ذات المنفعة المتبادلة مع العملاء الرئيسيين.
- توسيع نطاق وصول المرضى إلى اللقاحات في وزارة الصحة والمؤسسات من خلال حملات التوعية والشراكات مع العملاء.
- ضمان التميز التشغيلي عبر مراقبة عملية المشتريات وتنفيذ تتبع فعال لضمان سلاسة التوريد وتجنب النقص.
- ضمان التوافق بين التنفيذ الميداني والأهداف الاستراتيجية من خلال التخطيط المنظم والمتابعة.
- بناء علاقات عمل قوية مع الهيئات الحكومية الصحية والمسؤولين الصحيين والقادة العلميين لدعم جهود التطعيم.
- جمع وتجميع الرؤى من الميدان لدعم التخطيط التكيفي واتخاذ القرارات القائمة على الأدلة.
- تقديم تحديثات دورية وملخصات تنفيذية للقيادة الداخلية والشركاء الخارجيين حسب الحاجة.
- دعم تطوير وتنفيذ وحدات تدريبية لمقدمي الرعاية الصحية حول بروتوكولات إعطاء اللقاحات وتحديثات البرامج.
- تنفيذ 100% من المهام وفقاً لإجراءات الامتثال والسلامة الدوائية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الصيدلة أو الصحة العامة أو علوم الحياة أو مجال ذي صلة. يُفضل الماجستير.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في اللقاحات أو برامج التطعيم أو تنفيذ المشاريع الصحية.
- خبرة في التعامل مع الجهات الصحية السعودية (مثل وزارة الصحة والتجمعات الصحية وهيئة الصحة العامة) أمر مرغوب بشدة.
- فهم قوي للنظام الصحي السعودي ومشهد التطعيمات.
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة مشاريع عبر الوظائف مع الانضباط التشغيلي والحساسية تجاه أصحاب المصلحة.
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (كتابة وتحدثاً).
- فهم القطاع العام والحكومة المحلية والعلاقات المتبادلة بين هذه المنظمات.
- القدرة على استخدام المعرفة المتعمقة لتفضيلات العملاء واحتياجاتهم وفهم ديناميكيات السوق واتجاهاتها لتطوير وتنفيذ الاستراتيجيات.
- كفاءة واسعة في تقنيات حل المشكلات المعقدة والقدرة على تطوير حلول مخصصة تلبي أهداف العميل والشركة.
- القدرة على التنقل بفعالية في بيئة العملاء وفهم احتياجاتهم المتطورة لتوافق الأهداف ودفع شبكات العملاء والشراكات لتحقيق النتائج.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead end to end implementation of national vaccination programs, ensuring timely rollout across public channels.
- Collaborate with MOH departments, Public Health Authority, regional health clusters, and key public health stakeholders to align on priorities and overcome on ground challenges.
- Monitor and track implementation KPIs, identify gaps, and propose data driven corrective actions.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate the value proposition and ability to drive mutually beneficial business opportunities with key customers.
- Work on extending the reach of patients to the vaccines both in MOH and institution through Awareness campaigns & partnership with customers.
- Ensure Operational excellence through monitoring the procurement process & implementing effective tracking to ensure smooth Supply & avoid any shortage.
- Ensure alignment between field execution and strategic objectives through structured planning and follow-up.
- Build strong working relationships with government health bodies, public health officials, and scientific leaders to support vaccination efforts.
- Collect and synthesize insights from the field to support adaptive planning and evidence-based decision-making.
- Provide regular updates and executive summaries to internal leadership and external partners as required.
- Support development and execution of training modules for healthcare providers on vaccine administration protocols, and program updates.
- 100% execution under Compliance/ PV SOPs.
- Understanding of Public sector, Local Government, and the interdependencies between these organizations.
- Ability to use in depth knowledge of customer preferences & needs and understanding of market dynamics & trends to develop and implement strategies.
- Extensive proficiency in sophisticated problem-solving techniques and ability to develop tailored solutions to meet both the customer & company’s objectives
- Ability to effectively navigate the customers’ environment and understand their evolving needs to align objectives and drive customer networks & partnerships to achieve results.
- Demonstrates skills necessary to execute on defined projects, including KPI setting & measurement, and ability to scale up pilot projects and replicate best practice.
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Public Health, Life Sciences, or related discipline. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in vaccines, immunization programs, or healthcare project execution.
- Experience engaging with Saudi health authorities (e.g., MOH, Health Clusters, PHA) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia’s healthcare system and immunization landscape.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with operational discipline and stakeholder sensitivity.
