المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد وصيانة هياكل إدارة المتطلبات، بما في ذلك التسلسل الهرمي للمتطلبات والسمات والتصنيفات وفقاً لمعايير Siemens.
- إعداد وتنفيذ وصيانة خطة إدارة المتطلبات والعمليات المرتبطة بها.
- تحديد وتجميع مصادر المتطلبات، بما في ذلك متطلبات العملاء والمعايير والالتزامات التعاقدية، ودمجها في أدوات إدارة المتطلبات.
- إنشاء وصيانة قاعدة بيانات المتطلبات والمواصفات الوظيفية ووثائق متطلبات النظام باستخدام DOORS والأدوات الأخرى المناسبة.
- ضمان التتبع المستمر والنزاهة وإدارة دورة حياة جميع المتطلبات.
- إدارة خطوط الأساس للمتطلبات وصيانة الوثائق المرتبطة بها.
- دعم أنشطة هندسة النظم المتعلقة بتحديد وتحليل وتوزيع المتطلبات عبر الأنظمة الفرعية والواجهات.
- التنسيق مع مالكي المتطلبات وقادة الهندسة وأصحاب المصلحة في المشروع لضمان الفهم الصحيح والملكية للمتطلبات.
- دعم أنشطة التكامل مع وظائف RAMS وهندسة النظم وإدارة الواجهات.
- تحديد وإدارة طرق التحقق من المتطلبات بالتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة في المشروع.
- تطوير وصيانة وثائق التحقق من المتطلبات وتقارير الامتثال.
- مواءمة أنشطة التحقق من المتطلبات مع استراتيجية الاختبار الشاملة للمشروع وخطط الاختبار.
- التنسيق مع فرق الاختبار والتشغيل والتجانس لضمان أنشطة تحقق كاملة وفعالة.
- مراقبة والإبلاغ عن حالة المتطلبات واكتمالها وامتثالها لمتطلبات المشروع والعمليات.
- تتبع المخاطر والقضايا والانحرافات المتعلقة بالمتطلبات ودعم حلها.
- دعم مراجعات معالم المشروع من خلال تقديم مخرجات إدارة المتطلبات والوثائق.
- ضمان مستويات عالية من جودة الوثائق والاتساق والتتبع والتحكم في الإصدارات.
- الحفاظ على تدفق المعلومات وإدارة الوثائق المتعلقة بالمتطلبات وأنشطة التحقق.
- المراقبة المستمرة للامتثال لعمليات إدارة المتطلبات وتحديد فرص التحسين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو هندسة النظم أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة المتطلبات أو هندسة النظم أو مشاريع السكك الحديدية والبنية التحتية المعقدة.

What Are My Responsibilities?
- Define and maintain Requirement Management structures, including requirement hierarchies, attributes, and classifications in accordance with Siemens standards.
- Prepare, implement, and maintain the Requirement Management Plan and associated processes.
- Identify and consolidate requirement sources, including customer requirements, standards, and contractual obligations, and integrate them into Requirement Management tools
- Establish and maintain the requirements database, functional specifications, and system requirement documentation using DOORS and other applicable tools.
- Ensure continuous traceability, integrity, and lifecycle management of all requirements.
- Manage requirement baselines and maintain associated documentation.
- Support system engineering activities related to the specification, decomposition, and allocation of requirements across subsystems and interfaces.
- Coordinate with requirement owners, engineering leads, and project stakeholders to ensure proper understanding and ownership of requirements.
- Support integration activities with RAMS, system architecture, and interface management functions.
- Define and manage verification methods for requirements in coordination with project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain requirement verification documentation and compliance reports.
- Align requirement verification activities with the overall project test strategy and test plans.
- Coordinate with test, commissioning, and homologation teams to ensure complete and effective verification activities.
- Monitor and report requirement status, completeness, and compliance with project and process requirements.
- Track requirement-related risks, issues, and deviations and support their resolution.
- Support project milestone reviews by providing Requirement Management deliverables and documentation.
- Ensure high standards of documentation quality, consistency, traceability, and version control.
- Maintain information flow and document management related to requirements and verification activities.
- Continuously monitor compliance with Requirement Management processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Requirement Management, System Engineering, or complex railway and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of Requirement Management processes, lifecycle methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Requirement Management tools, preferably IBM DOORS.
- Solid understanding of System Engineering, system integration, interface management, and verification processes.
- Familiarity with railway or metro systems, RAMS principles, and safety-related requirements is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage complex datasets while ensuring traceability, consistency, and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work within a structured, process-driven project environment.
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and a solution-focused approach.
