Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service role at رايز آب | Rise Up is based in Medina and focuses on delivering a high-quality experience to customers. The Customer Service team member will handle inquiries in person and over the phone, provide accurate information about services, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Daily tasks include responding to customer questions, documenting interactions, escalating complex concerns to the appropriate team, and following up to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability in Customer Service and Customer Support to address inquiries, resolve issues, and assist customers effectively.
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with a commitment to building positive, long-term relationships.
- Professional Phone Etiquette, including clear communication, active listening, and respectful interaction with diverse customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in relevant languages for the Medina region.
- Ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a calm, empathetic approach when handling complaints or challenging situations.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service or ticketing systems.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required, further education is an advantage.
