المهام والمسؤوليات
- الحفاظ على السجلات المالية وإعداد التقارير المالية.
- تسوية الحسابات وتحليل البيانات المالية.
- الإشراف على حسابات القبض والدفع وإدارة الميزانيات.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية وإعداد الإقرارات الضريبية.
- التعاون مع الفرق الداخلية والمشاركة في عمليات التدقيق.
- تقديم رؤى تدعم التخطيط المالي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- معرفة قوية بإعداد التقارير المالية، مسك الدفاتر، وعمليات التسوية.
- خبرة في إدارة الميزانيات والتدقيق والامتثال الضريبي.
- إتقان استخدام برامج المحاسبة والأدوات المحاسبية بالإضافة إلى Microsoft Excel.
- مهارات تحليلية والقدرة على تفسير البيانات المالية بدقة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التنظيم وإدارة الوقت.
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
- الشهادات المهنية مثل CPA أو CMA تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- الخبرة السابقة في قطاعات البناء أو تقنية المعلومات أو الطاقة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والتعامل مع الآخرين.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات اللغة العربية مفضلة.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Dammam. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and analyzing financial data. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing accounts payable and receivable, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and preparing tax filings. Collaboration with internal teams, audits, and providing insights for financial planning are also key responsibilities of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, bookkeeping, and reconciliation processes
- Experience with budget management, audits, and tax compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as Microsoft Excel
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data accurately
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CPA or CMA are an advantage
- Previous industry experience in construction, IT, or energy sectors is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial
